I am rejecting this response because:I called and spoke to Amazon Friday as when I went to reply to the complaint the email address it looked fake like below. I do not have a prime account, the individual had one under my name which AMAZON reimbursed for the in charges for the past months. I have my notes where I gained access one time into my old email account and there was an email from Amazon stating my account was past due and I began calling Amazon every week twice a week to check the status. As Wilson at Amazon sent me my entire account statement from last yearI regret to inform you I was not living at home I was with my mother who was almost dying from breast cancer and chemo treatmentsIf there was no fraud that occurred why did Amazon reimburse me the charges? He took over my account and used a new email address I created. See below when I go to email myself something this appears. I left AT&T today and my personal identity and IPhone IMEI are being sold for a sale hence the word sale, per the auctionI discovered it Friday by accident before going to a job interview and then breaking out in hives to know I am being sold in the sky. AT&T looked at my phone today and the bug timestamps, him accessing all phones including my government provided cell phone but I am being sold online and this individual hacker wrote a script on how he is owning and took over my phone. Now due to the lack of help from anyone house is being foreclosed and I am denied unemployment because that account was hacked and changed my phone number by one digit. Inmates in prison live better than me I am below poverty level I am negative an income from jobs to none, I don't have TV, internet WIFI at home just alarm clocks non Bluetooth and I clean to occupy my mindI have called Washington Justice to my local District Attorney pleading to help me so I can live a lifeThe below matches my exact IMEI serial number to my iphoneI have bug time stamps and etcthis individual hacked every account I had and still continues to create accounts in my name but no one helps me when I call to advise them so my civil rights, privacy and right to live a "normal" life are being taken away from me and not one person from Federal, State or Local Parish departments will help so I get to lose my jobs, my car, my house and be sold on ebay like a hookerEach day I wake up if I sleep to deal with him hacking something of mine and I am losing something. I will dispute the charges as I didn't purchase all the stuff charged. and I have notes who and when I talked to Amazon over times in a week period. He had my phone disabled and I had to pawn my other two iphones to pay bills and I couldn't access a computer. I contacted the Revdex.com for help yet, all the evidence still the victim is always persecuted.

As the proof is provided and I was not aware of any clause I expect a refund Amazon did not require a signature on the package either For a product that is well over $dollars I would expect a signature to be required The onus would then be on Amazon for specifically not requiring that in their contract with UPS It even says on the package itself, "Carrier please leave if no response." As this is an Amazon directive, I expect Amazon to take ownership over said product if it is tampered with before the product is purchased or after it is left by the carrier
