Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The order was cancelled on Sunday, prior to shipping. If shipping had commenced, the restocking fee might be understandable. Instead, the items was shipped out on the following Monday.In this case I hold Amazon directly responsible for the money due to me, regardless of were the error occurred. Amazon relied on a reseller who in turn relied on a manufacturer or yet another reseller to properly cancel the order. If the communication between Amazon and the reseller or the reseller and the manufacturer didn't work in this case, again not my problem and I do expect a full refund of the balance due to me.If we cannot make some sort of amicable agreement through the BBBs processes, I do intend to file a notice with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and other more public and/or legal venues.Consider the loss of tens of thousands of dollars in potential sales this issue is costing Amazon with the loss of my business alone.
