This is regarding case# [redacted] I read the response sent to me by amazon and the information provided is false To start off, they claim the item is in my cart which it is not They also claim the order had not been submitted which it was I received a confirmation screen which I usually do not do print screens of because it had never been necessaryThey are just repeating the same thing over and over again I was upset because I was offered a price match which I did not receive and was later told they would not give it to me Why offer something that will not be honored? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The action I am requesting has not been addressedIn December, my account had its reviews removed and its privileges to respond to community questions and to ask community questions revoked due to supposed violations of community guidelines I was not given any proof of what exactly I did nor any emails or warningsuntil one day in December, my account became zeroed Within the next couple of days I received a form letter stating I violated a possible one or more community guidelines (nothing specifically shown to me) I called, chatted, emailed, etcgot no assistance One day, my account became able to review again, but my reviews were never restoredI emailed, chatted, called, and was told my account was in working orderThen, a few days later, it became zeroed again, and has remained that way ever since I have stayed a paying Prime member, and as such, I deserve to have full access to my account, in its fullest form (reviews restored, the ability to review restored, the ability to ask questions restored, and the ability to answer questions along with posting on Spark, restored)Last month, my account was deactivated along with thousands of othersAmazon's supposed reason was due to account violations of the community guidelines But how could I violate guidelines [again even, if the claim is properly supported in the first place] if my account was unable to do anything since December anyway (other than buy items and leave seller feedback)I was warned again, by the same individual who responded to my Revdex.com complaint, I believe, restating the same thing he said before So, I was threatened, and, not only that, threatened for committing another supposed "crime" in Amazon's TOS, which was an impossible feat anywayIn response to my Revdex.com complaint, it was merely a copy/paste, and not addressing my issues, which Amazon does frequently, in which I have to spend more time addressing my concerns again.After whatever glitch caused my account to be deactivated, it was restored to BUYING AND FEEDBACK STATUS ONLY The Amazon rep who responded to this complaint did NOTHING ELSE FOR ME.I want my paying rights' FULL ACCESS back, please I want to be able to REVIEW, ASK QUESTIONS, POST QUESTIONS, POST TO SPARK, and have my 1000+ reviews, 4.2K helpful votes, and top reviewer spot back once againPlease address my concerns and FIX MY ACCOUNT I have been a paying Prime Member and respectful, responsible, and honest member since (years)Please restore my full access Sincerely, [redacted]
