Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When I put these items into my shopping cart it automatically chose the 2 day shipping. I did not chose the 2 day shipping, and it did not appear that there were other shipping options to chose from (I purchased using the amazon app). I thought that the selected shipping was prime 2 day, and did not realize I was being charged for shipping. I explained this to the Amazon customer service rep and he looked into my account and found that my account settings had been changed and were not defaulted to prime shipping like I had in the past. I asked him why it was changed (I didn’t change it) and he said he wasn’t sure, and that sometimes settings default back (whatever that means?).
