I am rejecting this response because:I originally contacted Amazon to try to work out a refund directly through them, they were more concerned about protecting *** more than they were concerned that I was given a faulty productThey kept giving me the run around, and they kept making me go through the same channels of making a claim, without any resolution. They let *** get away with basically selling me a used camera when I paid for a new one.And then, now since I filed for the dispute, they still won't refund me because I used a different mean of complaint? Attached is a copy of the Audio of my phone call with ***, as well as one of the many conversations I had with costumer service, which started many months ago. So I am sorry, but I do not accept this explanation on why you still allow *** to still do business through Amazon, and why you won't refund me for a faulty purchase. *** ***.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Dear Mahesh V,I never received a response from your colleague, Purna C***It may be because, although I requested you send all responses through the Revdex.com site and not through personal email; she sent it to my personal email anyway and it went into my ‘Spam’ file and got automatically deleted.I further requested that you call me or give me a direct line to call you so that we could discuss and resolve this matter. But, you failed to call or provide a number to call you directly. Instead, again, you only provided me with the customer service line; which has proven to be of no help in this matter and has just caused me added frustration.You have not been able to resolve my complaint to my satisfaction; as you made an offer and then reneged on it and continue to not make good on it. In any case, I find myself more fortunate than well over thousands of other Amazon customers that fell prey to your Prime membership; because I joined for free. And, after just less than two hours, I realized that your Prime membership is worthless and cancelled my membership. Through research on the Net, I further noted by countless Amazon members who joined Prime for free and were not happy with it and cancelled; that you still went ahead and renewed their memberships at the cost of $99. And, you did this without their authorization to charge it to their credit card which you have on file. Therefore, in order to ‘unsatisfactorily’ put a close to this matter, I wish to summarize:1. I found your Prime membership worthless, within less than two hours; and cancelled it.2. I HAVE NOT given you authorization to renew this Prime membership and charge the membership fee to my credit card.3.
