Ms***, In speaking with you over the phone today, I have discussed the fact that Alder is holding up our side of the contract and that by accepting the offer to lower the proce by 30% a month, your Notice of Cancellation was voided as by accepting the offer, this implies that you wish to

agreement that it was but everywhere else on the contract and the website which displays when her system went online shows Ms*** also dated the agreement next to her signature as being 2/3/The contract end date is 8/3/and we will be happy to release her at that time if she so wishes. I am rejecting this response because: It does not tell me if the lowering of the monthly rate is for the balance of the original contract that expires in June of 2020 or does it extend it for another months. I want it in writing that if I accept the lowering the rate from to a month DOES NOT EXTEND THE CONTRACT. Lowering the rate was not fully discussed with Dillon. Another customer rep did say they could probably lower the rate for another month contractNO WAY. For the balance of the June contract only which would be fulfilled in June of

I am rejecting this response because:I'm replying to this because they are clearly lyingThat is an awful way to do businessThe fax sheet states that it went through on 6/14/to cancel, there is no way it got there several days laterI am attaching a file with my bank statement showing the payment coming out on July 19th as well as in JuneI finally did a dispute with my bankIf Alder rejects this dispute I will be contacting Revdex.com againThis has been such a nightmare with them and I am glad I have paperwork to back up what I'm saying, and proof of their lies

understood this during a recorded phone call prior to the installation of the alarm systemIn Mr***’s letter he says that this second representative named Jeff M., who he thought was from our company, told him he was there to upgrade his alarm system and proceeded to replace our equipment with his own, even though Mr*** was still in a contract with usBased on these facts this complaint should be filed on the company Jeff Mworks for, Alder / Alarm Protection has done nothing wrong and is unable to settle a dispute between Mr*** and this other alarm companyWe are happy to assist in any way possible but we strongly recommend he contact the company he refers to as *** *** ***, LLC to discuss what took place and how to rectify it Sincerely, Brandt N*** | Alder Compliance Manager

Mr***'s account has been cancelled and there is no remaining balanceI do not know what document he is referring toIt's possible that a bill was sent before the cancellation was finalized but any such documentation may be discarded and ignored
