Tothe Revdex.com, Thank you for contacting us, we understand Mrs*** request and we would like to honor that request we would need a copy of the recording of the voicemail Mrs*** says she has from the sales rep, typically our sales reps do not handle account cancellations with our customers it is done through our corporate office. So, if Mrs*** was promised otherwise we would need that recording.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with an Alder representative yesterday, and they have agreed to close our account with no fees, along with refunding the months of service. Our account is officially closed as of yesterday, April 24, 2018.

I am rejecting this response because:to whom it may concern,I reject this offer, the reason we canceled was that we can't afford the contract we are on a fixed income and can't renew the contract we told them this and we don't owe any money they are charging for a new contract which we did not renew they renewed it after we told them we were not renewing we can't afford it that's why we went to the Revdex.com,they are trying to force us to take another contract which we can't afford,that is not right we have been trying to get out of the contract for over a yr.and they told us to sell the contract to someone else ,so I told them I would stay until the contract was over then I called and they said I had to call again in oct.then they said they needed to speak to my husband and then they told him that they were renewing themselves and I told them no and they did anyway I find that wrong ,I don't want the contract and they keep adding payments to a contract I did not ask for.,that's why I need your helpbecause I paid all thru oct.2017,when the contract was over.Alder terminated the service we do not have any sevice from them they are charging but they did terminate the service with us yes they offered a lesser service for a while but right now we can't afford it and because they want to force us I realy don't want it that's not right,my no.is if you need to speak to me,please feel free to call
