The complaint against Alder Company will be resolved and a request to remove the complaint from Revdex.com as soon as I receive a written letter from Travis C*** releasing me from the contract for the alarm system He said on September 28, he would mail a letter the next day . As of today Friday October , I have not received a letter I have however received an e-mail agreeing to cancel the contract between Alder and myself and that I owe Alder nothing . They will be allowed to pick up their equipment at a time that is reasonable.*** Thank you *** ** ***

I am rejecting this response because: This business DID NOT offer to send me postage paid envelope, or postage paid anything for me to return the equipment. In fact, when they told me I could send back the equipment I specifically inquired if I would have to pay the postage if I sent it back and I was told that I would have. My response to that was that it was an unacceptable offer I am more than weary of this company giving information and not following through on multiple promisesMost importantly the promises that were made to me the day I allowed the manipulative salesman to come into my home. After I assured him MULTIPLE times that I would not, under any circumstances, be able to afford the service, and after he managed (after wearing me down after hours) to again convince me to allow them to install it, that salesman GAVE ME HIS ABSOLUTE ASSURANCE that it would be simple to cancel. Simply one phone call and there would be no questions asked. In fact, that turned out to be farther from the truth than even my worst suspicions would have had me believe. My reason for not setting up another retrieval appointment was because they had set up appointments in the past which they had not kept (much like they did not keep any promises made to me). This company truly is immoral, deceitful and certainly an example of the reason the Revdex.com is needed

They are not charging for the transfer and are making sure our entire home is monitored at lower rate with a new three year contract instead of five with new equipmentMelissa has been very helpful regarding this matter.
