Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The company has stated they have refunded me the money but they have not I have paid over $to this company for a service I did not receive Additionally, the tech has never showed up on times I agreed to and the sensors are still not operating correctly Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Again, at my request, my daughter ( [redacted] ) is handling this situation for me as I am years old and very hard of hearing (especially on the phone) -- following is our response: I, [redacted] , RECEIVED A CALL from Brandt N [redacted] on 6/29/-- I returned that call on Sat 7/1/leaving a message with our requests and MY PHONE NUMBER. Knowing that was a Saturday, and since I had not heard from MrN***, I called a 2nd time on WEDS, 7/5/and left a message WITH MY PHONE NUMBER for a return call. He had my phone number when he called ME on 6/and I've left it for him twice since then. In my opinion, his actions are nothing but stall tactics to make the Revdex.com think Alder is making an effort to resolve this issue. In addition to the two phone calls I have made to him, we FAXED (on 6/21/17) and MAILED a letter to Alder clearly stating our request and requesting a response via mail or email (as provided in letter). We have also filed complaints with the Revdex.com, the Missouri Attorney General and Discover card. And, YES, you may give him my phone number(s) you have on file if he still cannot figure out how to contact me Sincerely, [redacted] (by [redacted] - daughter)

To the Revdex.com, Thank you for contacting us. At the time our representative was at Ms [redacted] s home there is an audio welcome survey that is done with Ms [redacted] going over the terms and conditions of the agreement and she understoodWe will not be releasing Ms [redacted] from her contractHowever, Ms [redacted] could see if she is able to move the alarm system or have someone take over the contract we are more than happy to give her free months to give her a chance go over the options

I am rejecting this response because: Marie T*** suffers from hearing loss and always says she understands, when in fact, she doesn't even hear what you say. She is also suffering from dementia. Someone has to go to the doctor with her in order to be able to relay what the doctor says because she just shakes her head as if she understands what they say and in fact, she hasn't heard a word that they have said. Secondly, she gave them permission to send me a copy of the contract. I'm sure they also have that conversation recorded. The recording does not negate the fact that when they initially showed up at her house, they said they were with her alarm company and were there to upgrade her system. They never said they were with another alarm company. They took advantage of a sick, elderly couple and should be ashamed of themselves

installation of the alarm system and specifically asked if he understood that Alarm Protection was not affiliated with ***He confirmed that he understood and then we proceeded with the installationAdditionally, the events in question took place on 12/12/and if there issues with the sale why were we not notified years ago? May 18, 2018 RE: *** *** To the Revdex.com, It is our understanding that the cameras given to Mr*** by our representative were in exchange for his previous camerasWe left a voicemail for Mr*** explaining that the representative would be
