Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company response is not true First of all, I was blindsided by the company's representative who took advantage of a Senior Citizen My daughter made contact to this company by phone and mail regarding this expensive monthly bill and contract Why would I change my Alarm company when my monthly bill was cheaper than this company and I own my equipment My daughter called and told them that I was moving out of State and plans to sale the house I have no need for a move fee to be waived when my daughter already has an Alarm company Why should I pay for something when I am not planning to live there I am requesting for this service to be discontinue immediately Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with an account manager on 1/18/and was told they would send a technician out to my house to remove the equipmentAfter being on hold for several minutes, he came back on the phone and said due to high wait they would have someone call me back to schedule the appointmentI never heard backOver a week went by and nothing! This is the whole problem with this company! Being told multiple things by multiple so called managers that have NO CLUE what is going on! I will NEVER send them any more of MY money! Equipment has NOT worked since it was installedI should have never sent them the payments they have receivedI will just let my attorney handle this matter from here! It is pointless going back and forth with a scam company! I will make sure all of reviews are posted all over social media, Yelp, etc! January 24, 2017RE: [redacted] To the Revdex.com of Utah, Prior to the installation of the alarm we spoke with Mr [redacted] and explained we are not affiliated with his previous provider in any way and Mr [redacted] confirmed he understood thisMr [redacted] was released from the agreement as he exercised his day right of rescissionMr [redacted] was not charged for subsequent months after cancelling but rather he was charged at the time of installation on 12/6/and again on 1/6/17, both of which have been refundedThe account remains active after the request for cancellation has been received until it has been reviewed and we have been allowed to retrieve the equipment which didn’t happen until 1/10/Hence the charge on 1/6/17.Sincerely, Brandt N [redacted] | Alder Compliance Manager

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I asked that the system be repaired and when the "solution" was unbearable, I asked that the equipment be removed Neither has been accomplished After paying what I thought was last bill I found the company was still withdrawing money from my checking account for 3-months I don't have the money to pay for time remaining on contract I tried to cancel; I'm now and have been for the past months, trying to pay for nursing home care for my wife I'm years old and can no longer afford to worry about my credit rating--I have to take care of my first priority--my wife I'd just like the harassment to stop!
