The service tech. got here on time, I was late, but he had call me to tell me he was here and I told him I was a few minutes from home so he waited. He cleaned the my A/C unit and advised me of the age of the unit, but also told me it was still in good shape, He didn't try to force me into buying a new unit, which a lot of companies would have tried to do.
I purchased a contract with Alaskan Air several years ago,when I had them come out to replace the drive motor that had burned up.They call me twice a year to advise me when service is do and come out and service my a/c unit, which is why the unit is still in good working order.I have had several tech. from Alaskan air come service my a/c over the years and have no complaints with any of them. They all are professional and very good at their job.

Earl has checked my unit each time since I signed a contract last year. He is pleasant, very neat, on time, and honest. I do not, however, recommend anyone allow [redacted] (a plumber with Alaskan Air) in their home for he is only interested in selling. He said my water softening unit was a piece of junk and should be put in the trash. My unit was less than 2 years old at the time and there is nothing wrong with it!!

Very positive checkup. Will use again.

Donn came we talk for a fews minutes and he went out to thr roof of the house came back andsaid that every look good and that he would see us in about six months I sign he paper and he left

helped me today was knowledgeable, courtesy and professional. I look forward to having his help again in the future.

We have left messages today for Mr. [redacted] and awaiting his callback. we will take of the issues once we talk to him and schedule a time to come out with him.  we are more than willing to solve these issues and will to his satisfaction.

we are mailing out a check for the $335 to her.  We just needed to see the invoice from the company she paid it to.

[redacted] with Alaskan Services completed the annual heat system review on December 2, 2016. [redacted] arrive on schedule and completed the review on a timely and professional basis.

Tom was very professional, he called when he was about 15 minutes out. Wore booties on his feet so he didn't track in dirt. Friendly and did a great job

Alaskan home services in Tempe AZ. got a call from these people and was told that they would do a courtesy check of my ac unit since I have had them do something for me before .After 10 minutes on the roof the worker came down and said that the heat (from the sun) had damaged an electrical disconnect box. He showed me the box and it was indeed damaged and would have to be replaced. Looked to me like the ceramic part (fuse holder??) was broken. I doubt that the heat from the sun would damage ceramic but what can one say, cost of part would be about 300 dollars. about 10 minutes later he came back down and said there was no surge protector on the unit and it should have one to protect it from damage like it had, that would cost about 500 dollars. He said that the first damage was caused by not having a surge protector. GUESS HE HAD TO CHANGE HIS MIND ABOUT WHAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE SO HE COULD MAKE MORE MONEY! Now I am no dummy but heat will not cause ceramic to break like what he showed me, but brute force can cause the damage. But since I am old and cannot get on the roof I guess he figured that I would agree and pay. I did NOT have the surge protector installed. And the wife has said that the unit is making noise now after Alaskan air has given us our free checkup. I have called the company and was told that I would have to pay for a service call for them to check out the noise. To make a long story short, The company is a rip off company.

Sam S is an AWESOME Tech for Alaskan Home Services. He is pleasant, skilled in his trade, a good listener and gets the job done! I could not recommend him highly enough. Alaskan Home Services is fortunate to have him representing their company. Any heating/AC issues be sure to request Sam S!

Earl was thorough, polite, answered questions I had.

WE TALKED TO HOMEOWNER TODAY AND EXPLAINED THAT ONLY HIS LABOR WARRANTY IS VOID.  PARTS ARE STILL UNDER WARRANTY. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED

Talked to [redacted] this morning and offered him $1000 to cover his labor charges if his unit breaks down in future.  Rheem the manufacture has said they will credit me $1000 on my account with them since I told them what happened to Mr. [redacted] with the owner of alaskan in texas going out of business.  his unit still has full factory warranty on all parts and compressor.  he said he is on the road and will call me back in couple days.  will keep you posted if he accepts it and will overnight a check to him if he does.
