Fine job by the vendor 7in support of the Home Depot, Inc.

Had a semi annual inspection of 2 roof mounted AC units prior to cooling season. Tech arrived in time period, was cordial and efficient. Tech explained his findings and recommendations. He cleaned the coils and both units are in good working condition.

Tom was very professional, he called when he was about 15 minutes out. Wore booties on his feet so he didn't track in dirt. Friendly and did a great job

Came on the week-end (Saturday) arrived early, found the problem.

William advised me he would have to check inventory. If it is in, then the problem will be fixed on Monday. If it isn't in stock, then it will be later in the week. It's Monday and All Is Cool with Alaskan. Thanks, William.

on 09/03/14 left message to [redacted] and waiting for call back.

on 09/04/14 spoke to [redacted] regarding my problems, concern and expectation.

on 09/04/14 spoke to [redacted] and he is waiting for [redacted] come back on 09/11/14  to set up a meeting to discuss my complains. 

I am still waiting and would like to see how are they going to fix my problems and fulfill their broken promises since they are not trustworthy. talk is cheap, show me your quality works.

This was a great expierance was great mostly due to the great tech. Nate who performed the work. He was knoledgeable, friendly and anasered all questions. He did a great job.

explained what I deemed to be a thermostat problem as a scheduling

computer problem and educated me about on/off versus maintaining a range

of temps.

The technician performed the inspection in a very expedient manner. Very satisfied with the service.

Unfortunately my AC went out; and because it was so hot -it was very uncomfortable in my home. I called Alaskan and they responded immediately. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and sent out a technician the very next day. The Technician [redacted] arrived at the time promised; and was very professional! He fixed my problem, and let me know if the company could ever be of assistance to, to be sure to let them know. I would recommend your company to anyone who needs AC repair, and will be sure to use their services again. Job well done.[redacted]

Tom W. was the team member who did the system check up. He was very informative & I found out that the there was a lot more to be done, than previous team members had done (like also checking the air handler in the attic, other tech's had told me that was extra). He also explained things to me that other techs had failed to do. I now understand my extended service contract I purchased another one, because he explained it.

Our service man was polite and arrived on time, and did a very good job. Was friendly and knew what he was doing

I found him to be very polite and kind even though he had been up on my roof in 111 degree heat. I have used Alaskan before and have found them to be very reliable.

The service tech. got here on time, I was late, but he had call me to tell me he was here and I told him I was a few minutes from home so he waited. He cleaned the my A/C unit and advised me of the age of the unit, but also told me it was still in good shape, He didn't try to force me into buying a new unit, which a lot of companies would have tried to do.

I purchased a contract with Alaskan Air several years ago,when I had them come out to replace the drive motor that had burned up.They call me twice a year to advise me when service is do and come out and service my a/c unit, which is why the unit is still in good working order.I have had several tech. from Alaskan air come service my a/c over the years and have no complaints with any of them. They all are professional and very good at their job.
