Great service. Very thorough and professional

The man from Alaskan was very nice and did his job quickly Thank you

Used this company for years, they have serviced and replaced an old unit and now service the one they installed. Kyle was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

talked to [redacted] and he is waiting on other company to see what he is going to do with a txv valve

Very positive checkup. Will use again.

I have been a customer of Alaskan for twelve years and highly recommend their service. [redacted] has serviced my AC units several times and they work perfectly. [redacted] always calls when he is on the way, goes right to work, and always acts in a professional manner.

Earl is courteous, careful about cleaning up after himself, and all around pleasant and helpful.

SENT THIS TO [redacted], Because they are much friendly to email, I eventually found your on your site under contact us.

This was the first [redacted] or the modified one, the first one and some of this one is written poorly because I was so upset and using my phone. I will also fix the [redacted] too. I will also atempt to email alaskan. If not since they are your "partner", I would be more than happy if you would like to forward this to them. Some reason customers can't, I am also notifying Revdex.com. On both of you.

I strictly use [redacted] I am an avid do it yourself type, had a handyman service, I am a mechanic/ electrician at my work, you can say I do it all, but Writing in not my strong point so I apologize.

WARNING!!! Made the mistake of purchasing the extended warranty with the new unit, it's not worry free. About $1300 for 7yrs of tune ups about =6 what ever that suppose to mean. They tell me now it's twice a year. I tell you make sure you call them, Because they will not call you, to do the annual service. unless they want to sell you some more over priced not cover anything service agreement, they won't use the word warranty, very carful about that. Even though they try to sell you something, everytime they come with some over priced labor, you find out later, becarful.

If something breaks down You have to still pay for the Diagnostic fee $65 and parts are free sounds good right! Well they jack up the labor, so you pay for everything and more because you have to pay the over priced labor of install, mine was $850 for my blower motor. They also have the nerve to attempt selling even more useless warranty at the time of breakdown which I think could drive the price up somewhere in the $1700 range. For the blower motor. They have this laminated sheet starts out with what they call band aid just to intimate you, and it goes up from there, bronze, silver, gold, platinum and I think one more. VIP? My "Band-Aid" was about $850 Which is only labor. Takes Less than an hour to install! BY an unexperienced person.

I purchased the blower motor myself from parts house through [redacted], great place very helpful for $349 a savings of $500 dollars and installed it myself in less than a hour. Do the math I don't do this everyday but for me that's about $500 an hour I would get for the install, as a contractor I know they can get the motor a lot cheaper than I can. And install it twice as fast.

What a waste of money, never felt so bad about getting so ripped off!

I have a real bad back and I am getting older, thinking just get the "service agreement " no worries, The only agreement I made was to get ripped off.

I never want to use them again in my lifetime. Telling you Don't buy their Reem unit either, sitting out side sounds like a broken bass drum every time it shuts off, the service guy tells me, that's normal. Need to tell that to my company when they fall out of the lawn chair every time it shuts off.(By the way did I mention it's only 4yrs old). I purchased a 7 year $1234.80 ??? It's not a extended warranty like I thought they made it sound like.

I am so done with Alaskan they can do the tune ups, next 2 or 3 but I am watching them to see what I am getting for my money, if I need it serviced I am calling someone else, Their service technicians are very professional, friendly and nice, also clean, I did not have a problem with them, except they are programed to sell useless warranty, service agreements?? Just a warning, This is just My experience with Alaskan. I Guess Others don't mind overpaying and getting little to nothing for their hard earned money. By the way they are recommended by [redacted].

So someone at Alaskan read my [redacted] and said call me and told me I didn't pay $1300 sorry for the round up it was only $1234.80 I paid to the penny. for the VIP Service plan , I could send you a picture of the contract. So I guess your right not $1300 or a warranty, I apologize.

You also said you would be happy to talk to me about your inferior product you are selling, the Reem, that I purchased not to mention it's only 4yrs old, besides the fact of the blower motor expiring , the horrible noise when it shuts off, when I was in there the screws barely hold into the sheet metal, very cheap made, just telling you its not going to last very long. Not like the one it was replaced with from 1972 it died in the year of 2012 when I had "THE CHEAP REEM INSTALLED"

You also had the nerve to write on here to call you, so I did and of course you are on Vacation, I guess with my and other peoples service agreement MONEY, since we get nothing for it. less than perfect experience you say, that's a good one. Status quo for Alaskan Less than perfect.

Alaskan has changed as far as sending great guys out to do maintenance according to my contract. Alaskan has never resolved my hot room issue, which is why I went with them in the first place because they said new duct work and an up duct would fix the problem. It hasn't and the room is still 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. I have low windows and the room is under patio cover, too. They just let the ball drop saying not their problem. Their past maintenance men, previous to 2015 were rude and very pushy. They sold me things I did not need. I continue with Alaskan because I am in contract for 10 years for parts.

Patrick arrived per his phone call and did the required annual maintenance quickly. He was very pleasant, friendly, and had a great smile. I had nothing wrong with the air conditioner today.

As far as the office help goes they are curt, unfriendly and don't listen. Finally when they get it right they never apologize for the problem. Customer's don't want to hear excuses, especially if you have been in their files for 5 years!

I had excellent service and the gentleman that came here to check my Air Conditioner could not have been more polite. He told me what he was going to do and did not waste time doing nothing.I would highly recommend this company to all my friends with out a doubt.

I am currently in Canada, but have a home in Glendale, AZ and my daughter was present while Alaskan Home Services completed their annual inspection and did a repair on my air conditioner. They appeared at their appointed time. Did their inspection and completed the repair promptly and courteously without additional charge. They installed my air conditioner after the big hail storm in 2010 and during follow up visits have always conducted themselves in a courteous and professional manner. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

On 9/29/2015 I ordered a service in Home Depot, Tucson AZ – replacement of the air conditioning system in my house located in Sierra Vista, AZ.
The Home depot provides this kind of services through their contractor – Alaskan Tucson HVAC.
The contractor was supposed to send an estimator/inspector to the site, to inspect the existing system and deliver the estimate/proposal for the job.
On 10/1/2015 the Alaskan’s estimator Brandon J[redacted] sent me his estimate. The estimate was a complete nonsense. It turned out, that Mr. J[redacted] never visited the site and even did not know the square footage of the house (which is necessary for determining the size of the AC unit). In his proposal, Mr. J[redacted] used wrong size and wrong type of the AC unit. He did not provide any name of the units and any specification of the units. He did not provided any information about other components of the job. For the price of the service Mr. J[redacted] set some astronomical amounts, completely not connected to the manufacturer’s prices of the equipment and to the amount of labor involved.
When I called Mr. J[redacted] and tried to correct the data of the equipment, his manager took over the conversation and started lying to me and brainwashing me, twisting the actual data of the system.
I recognize the Alaskan Tucson HVAC as an extremely dishonest and manipulative company, ignoring their customers.

Very thorough inspection and cleaning of our A/C system.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will consider this complaint...

resolved.

Regards,

[redacted] was very professional. He performed the service in a timely manner and offered some suggestions, but was never pushy. Hope he is the man who provides our next service.

Regards,

Been with Alaskan Home Services for years. They are very professional, honest, thorough and customer friendly. Their response time is excellent. Today I had an issue with a leak in the PVC pipe connection for the condensation line. They responded within 4 hours and fixed the problem.

A great company to do business with

Donn was early and after his inspection clearly explained why the 'thumping ' hsd occurred. Ice buildup-no problem. The unit was clearing itself automatically., Great!

Sam (Gary) showed up on time after having given me a call that he was on the way. Checked my units, answered my questions and was a quality guy. Glad I subscribe to Alaska's semi annual PM program, because I would forget otherwise.
