Came on the week-end (Saturday) arrived early, found the problem.
William advised me he would have to check inventory. If it is in, then the problem will be fixed on Monday. If it isn't in stock, then it will be later in the week. It's Monday and All Is Cool with Alaskan. Thanks, William.

We are under a 10 year contract for service of our heat pump and the company services the unit twice a year. The technicians are always courteous and efficient. In the most recent service call my attention was drawn to additional work that was beyond the normal service call criteria. The work was performed efficiently and will improve the unit performance. I would recommend you consider the company in any hvac work that you might have.

the part has come in from rheem and we have installed it.  we have agreed to pay two nights for a hotel for them.

Sam (Gary) showed up on time after having given me a call that he was on the way. Checked my units, answered my questions and was a quality guy. Glad I subscribe to Alaska's semi annual PM program, because I would forget otherwise.

I talked to frank and we are sending out a lead installer to correct any problems with the drain or coil from it leaking.

I don't know why Alaskan is not a Revdex.com member. I have been doing business with them for years. Always very satisfied.

Have had a service contract with Alaskan for years. Excellent company, as are their technicians. Honest and knowledgeable. Scotty B. was here for my fall evaluation and performed a complete unit evaluation based upon company standards. Very good customer service communication.

on 09/04/14 spoke to [redacted] regarding my problems, concern and expectation.
on 09/04/14 spoke to [redacted] and he is waiting for [redacted] come back on 09/11/14  to set up a meeting to discuss my complains. 
I am still waiting and would like to see how are they going to fix my problems and fulfill their broken promises since they are not trustworthy. talk is cheap, show me your quality works.
