This company has violated the FDCPA and still wants to maintain they did not when I provided you with information that I never once received anything from thisToday is the first I have heard from them regarding this account.This company violated FDCPA and now states they want to handle this dispute with the Revdex.com by mailANY communications you wish to have with me can be through this so they can see as well.You violated the FCRA when your company failed to follow FDCPA regulationinformation reading this matter was requested with no one able to provide information beside the amount that EOS-CCA was requesting.you also violated the FDCPA when you failed to send me a letter and give me days to respond to the validity of this debt and I also never received a phone call about the debt either.I am requesting that in good faith since you have VIOLATED debt collection practices you closed this account and delete the tradeline from my credit profiles
