C***’s situation, we do apologize but MsC*** does in fact still owe our HomeStore for the furniture that was delivered. Our retail location has been in contact with MsC*** and has explained how and why the money is still due. On 10/22/16, MsC*** purchased $in furniture. She paid $on her Chase Visa card and financed the remaining $with Synchrony. This order was to be delivered on 10/25/16. On 10/24/16, MsC*** contacted the store and had items removed from the sale. On 10/28/16, MsC*** was contacted and an immediate refund of $was issued back to the account, however in that same amount of time, MsC*** filed a dispute with her credit card company for the original amount. We did go to the store to resolve and reselect another dining room table, they tried to add an additional $charge stating they were requiring us to purchase the insurance for new piece of furniture. We asked if we already paid for the insurance why do we have to pay again? That was ridiculous, after much dispute they agreed to remove the charge. They scheduled delivery of new (different) table we selected. That was totally damaged, so much that the driver apologized, stating to refuse delivery. He stated it was NOT in a box and not even wrapped. Seems they delivered a table that someone else had already returned due to being damaged!! We are still trying to resolve to get a New table which is what we paid for, not someone else's return. When I spoke to the store she stated they would have to redeliver, and she would put a note for them Not to deliver the same damaged one??? What kind of service is that? Yes, still unsatisfied until we receive new table in new condition! and a credit on our bill for the difference as this table was $less. Thank you kindly for acting on our behalf to get resolved.Sincerely,

We are rejecting the offer from Ashley Furniture because it is the original offer made by customer service, this is the offer that caused us to contact Revdex.comIts the same offer with a slight twist and we are insultedWe already set up and appointment with *** for the 16th for a technician to come out and get the serial number from the sofa that we couldn't locate, so we can receive the 50% store credit.We did this on the 7/6/We were already told rudely by *** Ashley Furniture will not repair the furnitureWe don't understand why Ashley is responding to a complaint with the same solutionIf that was acceptable we would've accepted the offer from the beginning, there wouldn't be a need to contact Revdex.comWe have attached pictures of our year old furnitureNot years but We purchased in October of 2012, its July, no calendar made will calculate that as yearsWe would think that Ashley would want to sell quality furniture and admit that since these pieces are clearly poor quality and defective, Ashley will do the correct thing and honor its recurrent customers wishesHowever if Ashley feels that furniture peeling away after years of use is quality, I will be sure to make anyone who is considering purchasing from Ashley aware of thatWe are not trying to get something for nothingWe asked for repair or another set of equal value but we couldn't get either50% of the value will not replace the furnitureWe would have to purchase more furniture form a company we no longer respectA refund would allow us to get the furniture repaired on our own if possible, or purchase nice furniture covers.
