situation, we do apologize but we will not be able to send the requested feet.  The feet being requested are those of the Chest of Drawers.  Those are not the same feet that were used in the bed set when it was designed.  By altering the design of the bed set, it will void any further manufacturing warranty on the bed.  Regards, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. Mr. [redacted]’s claim, we have reached out to management at our Corporate Office. They have advised, that Mr. [redacted]’s loveseat is out of our 1 year Manufacture warranty. The loveseat was purchased in September of 2012. As a courtesy, we are offering a reselection of 30 percent of the cost of the loveseat. This can be used towards new purchase at the retail store location where Mr. [redacted] bought his furniture. Mr. [redacted]’s stated over the phone his ideal resolution would be to purchase the Ashley Santa Fe mattress, but it was out of his price range. John    A service man came to work on the living furniture. He took the recliner apart and put a washer on the leg. The manuel recliner still will not go back and it is very difficult to get your hand between the sections to pull the cord. The service person took some pictures. It is still unacceptible.  In our estimation , this is a brand new piece and it should work and it still doesn't work.  We are not difficult people however this is not right and we are spending more time waiting on a resolution for someting that should have been right from the start. Please advise.

Originally the items were on back order until the middle of February, but we were able to get the items sooner. After review of Mr. [redacted]’s claim, we have reached out again to management at our retail store location. They have offered service to bring the bed to manufacture standards, a full exchange for the bed for all new pieces, and offered a store credit in the amount of the bed for a reselection. Mr. [redacted] has declined all options presented at this point there is nothing left to offer Mr. [redacted]. The three options are still available for his consideration, but Ashley Furniture will not pick up and refund his bed frame due to the policy outlined in his Sales Order, which he signed and agreed to.We allowed full refund of Mr. [redacted]’s china and hutch due to damage but will not allow for the bed to be refunded. This was reported after the pick-up of the China and Hutch.With the damage to Mr. [redacted]’s home, the claim has been submitted to the insurance company on 8/2. I'm only hoping that the amount DOES get refunded to me--this is NOT the first time they've told me it would be done. VERY VERY SAD!!

We had a technician scheduled for Saturday March 24th, however Mrs. [redacted] was not home. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belNo I didn't use that Ashley charge for the table.  It was my personal debit card and no I didn't get refunded by them.  They didn't know where it was and until I see documentation other than a spreadsheet a 3rd grader can do, it will not be closed to me.  I want to see internal accounting proof of where my money went to? At the same time they have to put the funds on the correct card.  I have since closed the Ashley Card to be sure there didn't mess with it since this is the excuse for everything.
