claim, we have reached out to upper management at our retail store. They have advised that they have spoken to Ms. [redacted], and advised that it would be best way to resolve this would be to order the parts, and schedule a technician. The parts have been ordered, and they shipped out today. We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted], and we have scheduled a technician to install the parts on April 5th. Thank you for your response to [redacted] Furniture in regards to your situation. Upon review of the response it is important to remember that Guardsman is a third party company. [redacted] Furniture is not responsible nor can [redacted] Furniture make decisions on Guardsman behalf.
As stated in the first response Guardsman gives the customers 60 days to complete their pick up furniture. This was not done so on the initial claim. As a courtesy only Guardsman is reinstating the claim and allowing the customer another week to complete the exchange. We do apologize you are not happy with the situation.

conditions, it states that there are no returns on mattresses.  Mr. [redacted] would have acknowledged these conditions at the time of the sale.  After working with the retail location, they have agreed to make a one-time exception to the “No Return” Policy for Mr. [redacted].  Our retail location will coordinate the pick-up and process the refund once the pick-up is complete.  We invite Mr. [redacted] to continue to work directly with the retail location until the issue is fully resolved.   Regards, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. Upon further review, we have found that the purchase was made inside of a retail location, so the sale does not qualify as an “online” sale.  The terms and conditions are different for in store purchases, there is no 72 hour return policy.  We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.  We did reach out to the retail location regarding the sale.   Ubrody was offered a courtesy reselect (in store credit) which was agreed upon by the customer at that time. Unfortunately Ubrody signed for the items at the time of the delivery, there are no damages/defects to the items customer just does not like them.  The retail location is still willing to offer the courtesy reselect if customer so chooses.  We invite Ubrody to contact the retail location the purchase was made at. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I dispute the amount that Ashley says they are refunding--$754.98 is incorrect.  The amount that was charged to my Synchrony card is $854.99.  It shows o page 1 of the sales order (110760810).  That is the amount I request to be refunded o my Synchrony account.  Once again, I feel like this store's management is incompetent.  I will not stop in pursuing the full refund. My sincere thanks to Revdex.com for mediating this, as I was unable to get anything done thru this store

[redacted] To me that is False advertising I made my purchase off of how the sofa in the store felt I should have been told that this was not how this couch was going to feel once I received it had I been home at the time of the Delivery I would have rejected this sofa I wish now I had read the reviews against this store before I made my purchases also I was NEVER told that once I received this merchandise that I could not return it if I was dissatisfied this is not how you do business with the public and with customers Ashley Home Store has a lot of dissatisfied customers so I am not the first client that this was done to if this matter is not resolved through Revdex.com I am taking them to Small Claims Court and let the Judge make a decision I am not being STUCK with a Sofa that is TOO SMALL for me to sit on

[The technician told us that the furniture was defective. And then he contacted his superiors and they offered the items to be repaired. The repairs require painting and I asked how are they going to repair the cracks on the furniture legs, because some parts are cracking. I received no response to that. Right now we do not know what else to do. This is so frustrating and it’s being going on for months. I need to know how is this going to be repaired and specifically the cracked areas. Otherwise they will need to replace the items and this items have a 1 year warranty on defective material.]

WE ARE NOT RECEIVING A BILL/INVOICE, FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED IN JUNE. IM AFRAID THIS WILL GO TO COLLECTIONS AND RUIN MY CREDIT, HOME STORE DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE NOR DOES CORPORATE... Management will continue to try and reach Mr. Johnson. We did replace the loveseat, we brought out a new one and picked up the damaged one.  That occurred on 4/13/18.
