For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, we did call about the furnitureLike stated before a technician did come outtook a few pictures, told us somebody would call us, and leftNo one called us, and we did not get any messagesI told the manager at the store that we did not get any callsThe reason that the parts were returned was because we were waiting for months for someone to call usMy parents, and I, went to the store multiple times as wellI got a call from the manager, stating that a worker from the store would call us back to schedule an appointment for the technician to come out and repair our furnitureHowever, no one ever called us backMonths went by, and no callsAlso, when my parents bought the furniture, the sales associate just told them about the warranty and what it covered, as stated in the previous emailMy parents were never once told that the extended warranty plan was through a different company when they were buying the furniture.

However some of the statements are falseI had a relative that was present for the delivery. Ashely's Furniture had provided me with a wrong time to when the furniture was to be deliveredThe furniture has been picked upI appreciate their way of resolving the issueI think that the company is overall ok, but the store in McDonough, Ga has terrible customer service, and this is not the first time I heard of it

Upon review of the customer’s
complaint we have authorized a furniture technician to try and repair the furnitureThe technician is scheduled for July 16th With this type of situation it is very rare that a technician would be able to repair the damagesIf the technician is unable to make the repairs Ashley Furniture would still be willing to offer a 50% in store credit for the amount of the furniture and the customer would be able to keep their old furniture As IsWe are unable to offer any higher as the customer has had their furniture for yearsAshley Furniture holds a year manufacturing warranty for any type of manufacturing defect, which this would fall in to, and the customer is far outside of that warranty
Please feel free to review the warranty paperwork that was given to you at the time of purchase explaining the coverage of your furniture
