My view is the sameThe quality of the furniture is not up to parWe did nothing to this furniture and the paint peeled off! This is not the first complaint they have received regarding quality so obviously this is a trendI should not have to take the time to shop for paint to correct their issueThey mention it is our use, but her dresser's paint is peeling as well in the same area (the front panel)This is a defect on their end and they should fix itThis is not good business

Yes, the voicemail was left on March 17, 2018, by Heidi at the Ashley HomeStore in SarasotaI returned their call the next day and asked for Heidi, was told she was unavailableAs I had limited availability that day, I did not get to return their call until the 19thUpon return of the call, I got no responseI again called March and spoke directly to HeidiShe told me that the warehouse mistakenly marked the rug as fulfilled and delivered even though the rug had not been delivered along with the rest of the orderShe assured me that she would gather more information and give me a call backShe also asked me if I would still like the rugI confirmed that I would and that I would also like answers regarding how this happens and if the rug was not available, a refund is in orderShe assured me that a refund is indeed the next step if the rug is not deliverable, but she must do more researchThat was March 21stI have received no follcall, againAs both my husband and I are extremely busy people we cannot continue to call, call, call and hound these professionals in customer service and retailIf this is how they choose to treat their customers, I would prefer that a complete refund be given that way this ordeal can finally be put to an end and we can spend our money elsewhere

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Ashley Furniture is affiliated with Guardsman because Ashley Furniture is the one who recommended GuardsmanFurthermore, we paid Ashley Furniture for the Guardsman extended warrantyThe only way we can get reimbursed for this warranty is if we go thru Ashley Furniture who charged us extra money for the warrantyAshley Furniture actually charges more for the extended warranty than GuardsmanSo to say you are not affiliated isn't actually correctYou directly paid Guardsman. The store in *** said that you did stop dealing with Guardsman recently but that doesn't matter since you are the ones who referred me and you gave them our moneyIf you are unwilling to deal with me then we will act accordingly and take the next step. We have purchased beds, couches, lamps, bedding pillows, tables, furniture accessories and many things for our company and homeWe are actually planning on purchasing a $12,bed at your storeIt would be unfortunate to end our long history of owning Ashley Furniture because of thisBelieve me if you refuse to help us then you will lose usPlus you just opened up a store in ***, *** which we helped your store personally advertiseWe gave all your information over a month time to our plus customers per dayI believe Ashley owes this to usAlthough if you feel like you don't then we will have to stop dealing with the Ashley familySince these documents can be seen by the public, I'm sure it will be uneasy for our customers to accept this in case it happens to them and we will certainly let them know how Ashley refused to help us. When we did buy this sofa our salesperson told us Guardsman would help usThey still have yet to fix it because they want a serial number under our sofaBut we can't lift up the sofa foot rest to see the serial number because the seat is broken.

***’s claim, we have found the 5-year protection plan was purchased at the time of sale, the plan covers accidental damages that may occurThe protection plan is through a company called Guardsman, not Ashley FurnitureThe furniture has a one year manufacturing warrantyMrs*** called in to our customer service stating items were peeling on March 2ndWe sent out one of our technicians on March 11th to repair and/or adviseThe technician had let us know we needed to order a console arm and cushion casingsOn April 3rd we sent an automated call to let the customer know the parts had been shipped and to call back to schedule a technician to install the partsMrs*** called back into customer care on April 28th, we had advised the furniture was out of the one year manufacturing warranty but would repair the furniture with parts and a technician as a courtesy, however Mrs*** rejected the offer and returned parts to the store At this time the only option available would be to resend parts and schedule a technician to repair the furniture Regards, Ashley Furniture Industries, IncCorporate Office AK

Thank you for helping in this caseTime has proven that dealing with Ashley Furniture has been a painful and time-wasting experienceI have been trying to resolve this issue with Ashley for over a year and I have had no success.On 7/21/16, as written on your website, Ashley Furniture offered me a 50% discount that I refused: (Our latest conversation with the customer was on 7/20/when we offered a 50% discount to keep the furniture As IsThis credit would be in the amount of $plus tax).On 8/16/16, as written on your website, Ashley offers me a store credit of $655.21: (At this point, we have entered a store credit for the two dressers and mirrors in the amount of $This is the exact amount the customer paid for the two dressers and two mirrors plus taxThe customer is welcome to take CM#to their local Homestore and choose something different with the credit).I talked to Ashley Furniture customer service on the phone and accepted their offerI then went to their store and selected an itemI had delivery for the items scheduled for Saturday Oct 1, from 10:00AM to 2:00PMHowever, the truck driver showed up late at 4:20PMafter I had left my home alreadyThis experience was another waste of my time and I am looking for compensation from Ashley.The second delivery was scheduled for October 15, The driver wanted to take the old defected items that I bought more than months agoThis was not a part of our agreement with Ashley FurnitureThis was supposed to be store credit only as stated on their statement on 8/16/16.Time has proven that Ashley Furniture not only deceived me by selling me defective merchandise different from those displayed in their show room, but by also going back on their promise to resolve this issueI am willing to settle the case with cash refund of $cash or store credit of $655.21.Thank you for your help in this matter

I do not accept having to wait another billing cycle for the credit posts to my account, it seems very unlikely this credit will ever post since it wasn't done when it was supposed to be done back in April. You can back out the sale and redo it applying the credit and all this will be fixed but Ashley doesn't feel the need to do what is right. Your customer service is horrible and your store managers are horrible. We have asked for the Regional Manager who is over the store manager to call us and that person will not pick up the phone to call. So, no one from your wonderful company has the where with all to do what is right. POST THE CREDIT NOW AND STOP LYING. Synchrony Bank has received not communications regarding a credit to our account, so someone is lying and I will say it is Ashley

Upon the customers request Ashley Furniture has entered an Exchange for the customers dressers and mirrorsAgain, Ashley Furniture will not be crediting the customer $for the dressersThe only credit that would be given would be what was already offeredThe customer only paid just of $for the items so we would not be able to give a $creditPlease call our delivery center to schedule the delivery for your items and you will be able to request the 8-time frame at that time
Ashley Furniture feels this customer has more than been taken care of per their terms and conditions
