They have had since March to replace my mailbox I was only contacted by the contracting company yesterday, to set up a date to replace my mailbox!! The distribution warehouse actually had the nerve to lie and say they contacted me to set up the repair a few weeks prior, but that is completely untrue! I will be happy to pull my phone records to prove it! I've had mail returned to the sender thus missing bills that I did not know were due as one was from a medical office!Ashley Furniture also advised they would refund me 10% of the purchase price since they screwed up my delivery That has NEVER gone through and I'm still being billed the full purchase price I have spent HOURS trying to resolve all of the issues It takes writing to the Revdex.com to get any kind of action being taken At this point, I want Ashley Furniture to refund the ENTIRE purchase price and just consider it a loss They are a horrible company that destroys customers personal property, make promises they don't keep and cause a ridiculous amount of stress to their customers!

This offer is totally not a feasible option at allAshley's furniture based on issues with China Hutch and now the subject item (bed frame unit) are made of subpar materials and will not lastMore screws since my inital filing have popped loose which is signs of bad manufacturing and for the amount of money spent this product should not being having these issuesI do not feel this bed frame unit is structurally sound as built and see it being in the trash in less then a year, why am I going to throw my money away? Also what about damages caused in my house as well? I stand firm that I want this bed frame unit picked up, my money returned, and damages made to my house paid for.

After reviewing the customer’s complaint we have found that
the customer has moved from their original location of delivery in Fayetteville, GA to their new location in OhioUnfortunately the Guardsman protection plan has limited coverage’s once a customer movesWe do not have a corporate warehouse or store where the customer is now located to facilitate a delivery to their new location
Per *** Furniture’s Terms and Conditions that the customer signed at the time of purchase “Neither AFHS or *** Furniture Industries, Incprovide protection plans or extended warrantiesHowever, you may purchase protection plans or extended warranties that are offered by third party companies that are not affiliated with AFHS or *** Furniture Industries, IncPlease carefully read these plans before purchasing themYour rights under these plans are described in the protection plan or extended warranty you purchaseThese plans are not backed or supported by AFHS or *** Furniture Industries, Inc.” Also, the terms and conditions also state “Warranties are null and void if the furniture has been moved from original point of delivery to the customer.”
Also, per Guardsman Terms and Conditions that were also handed out to the customer at the time of purchase “Guardsman may arrange an even exchange or store credit at the original store where purchased in an amount equal to the original purchase price of the affected piece of furniture.”
Although the customer had moved Guardsman had offered the customer their typical options of either keeping their furniture and Guardsman would give them an agreed settlement or for the customer to go back to that original store and have the furniture exchangedThe customer stated they would travel back to have the items exchangedOn 11/11/*** Furniture received two claims from Guardsman to enter exchanges for both items of furniturePer Guardsman’s terms and conditions the customer has days to complete the exchange at the warehouse or it will be canceled and cannot be reinstatedOn 1/14/(Passed the days) *** Furniture canceled the even exchange out of our systems
At this point *** Furniture is unable to do anything farther in regards to addressing the customers concernsWe have worked with Guardsman and the claim has been canceled
