[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Unfortunately, I am still dealing with the lack of customer service on my order. I contacted the on-line sales department the day after the assembly of the merchandise that was sitting in my garage for about weeks, and spoke to a gentlemen and I advised him that the dining table has a few scratches on the surface. He advised that he will send the message and someone will reach out to me to get pictures to see if it can be fixed by someone at the local store or if it needed to be replaced. To date, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL! This experience has been ongoing for an entire month, the time I had to take off of work on three occasions, the breaks I had to take to make these calls from work to get this matter handled has cost me more than $worth of credit. Now I am still dealing with damaged furniture and I am still waiting to hear from someone to find out what is going to be done! This experience with Ashley Furniture has been a nightmare and I am certain that I am not the only customer that has had to deal with the lack of customer service and lack of attentiveness to the issues that have been taking place since day one!

After further review of Ms***’s claim, we have successfully completed replacement of the item in questionThis was completed on March 30thWe delivered a new piece, and we picked up the old pieceThis replacement was done as a courtesy, due to the damage was from customer useI have attached photos that were taken of the old item in the warehouse, after it was brought backPer the photos you can see the damage is not manufacturing related. Since the replacement was completed Ashley Furniture, will not be issuing a refund or picking up any itemsMs*** has a manufacture warranty in effect until May 29th 2017, and her Protection Plan is in effect until May 29, 2021, on the new piece that was delivered. Again, I did speak with upper management, in which she again hung up in my face, but no one addressed that in the last response.Further, Ashley Furniture was given times to send me a replacement chair on the following dates 1/16/17, 1/28/and 2/11/17-for each of these deliveries they were late and inconvenienced meMORE IMPORTANTLY, EACH TIME THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG CHAIROn each one these occasions prior to the last attempt on 2/11/17- I spoke with an Ashley representative about this problem...each time they said that they would ensure that the dimensions and fabric of the chair would be correctTHEY WERE NOT.Thus, why at this point MONTHS later would I want to allow them to deliver to me a chair that they failed to do so on times and told me the resolve is to repair the chair????? And why is this even changing nowis it because they are lying again and jerking me around again....Listen, the amount in gift cards that they are trying to offer me which would have to be spent back in Ashley...is no match for the compensation in cash that I would have made working for money I could spend anywhere all of those dates I could have been earning money expecting them to get their jobs right....(12/10/16, 1/16/1/28/17, 2/11/and 3/4/17).Please advise what *** *** (CEO of Ashely) and Ron *** (Ashley Founder of the Board) had to say about this horrible customer service you all have given me for something that should have taken one week to resolve but has taken months.....and still not resolved.Again I am asking for $ in gift cards and my chair repaired

After measuring the legs, a rep from Ashley said there is a third component in the box that puts the seat up to inches higher off above the legs.I apologized to her. I'm still disappointed in their sales person purposefully misleading me about the arrival of my furniture and saying my barstools were "here." Regardless, I thank you again because without you and the Revdex.com, I doubt I would have been contacted or received my order in time for my eventI would like to close this case as it is resolved. We do not agree to these terms It seems unfair that our only options are to have the couches replaced with the same product, that we feel are poorly made, or accept 60% of the total that we paid for these pieces We wanted a refund and for the items to be picked up, or a credit of 100% since the items are defective and we should be able to pick something else Why would we want the same pieces if we have had such difficulty with the ones we already have This isn't an acceptable resolution, the material of these loveseats is subpar, they are only utilized by two working adults, there are no children nor pets in the home to warrant the issues we have experienced and the repair and replacement of materials

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have a receipt for I was told that I had to buy the Ashley's Furniture mattress protector or the warranty would be voidedI bought the Ashley's Furniture mattress protector and it has been on there every time that bed was ever laid onIf there is a stain on the bed then maybe Ashley's Furniture mattress cover is cheaply madeI was going to go down to the store and purchase new furniture for my new house but after this experience, I will never buy from ashleys or recommended this lousy company to any friends or family and will also pursue news channels to make consumers more aware of how lousy they really are
