Without much credit or experience, It was difficult for me to find any lender that would even consider financing me. Academy was willing to learn enough about me and my situation to understand that I was actually a good investment. They worked with me all the way up till closing and made the process as painless as possible.

Best financing experience ever. My loan officer Katie Z from the Wilmington DE are was excellent. A real superstar. The process was quick, painless, and amazingly easy. I have bought and sold a lot of properties and have never had such a positive experience as I did with Academy.
