For All considering doing business with this branch, Chad K and Brad H, could not have managed my loan more poorly, if they had designed to do such
I was told that a loan was 100% ready and was 1 day from signing and acquiring title for a new home. They then told me that they could not finance the property because it did not meet a specific criteria. The criteria they state was the obstacle, was discussed and document from Day 1, when I asked them to handle my loan.
Not only did I almost loose the purchasing on the property, but I have lost 10's of thousands of dollars in long term investment, because of their failure.
I tried to resolve my concerns with Chad and Brad, and not only did they not admit failure, they pushed me to their 'Complaint" dept., and made no effort to problem solve this with me directly.
Academy Mortgage made Colossal Mistakes in handling my business.
Please, if you choose to use them, be very cautious about how they handle your dream. They crushed mine!!
I would rate Academy Mortgage in Wilsonville with the Lowest possible Rating!!!

I don't even know where to begin to describe my experience with Daniel & Academy Mortgage. Our initial conversation set the tone and every thing went along exactly how Daniel said it would. He gave me a list of things he needed & I got them to him very quickly. We never thought it would take us 7 months to find a house, so as we got more frustrated, Daniel was always calm & talked me of the ledge. Andrew was GREAT! He was always easy to get a hold of, and would respond quickly to any questions or concerns. I was grateful because my schedule was very busy and time was limited. He would also explain things in a way that was easy to understand, which is paramount being a first time home buyer. Academy Mortgage was referred to me by my realtor after not being satisfied with the original lender I was going to use. Andrew was honest and kept me informed about everything, which was a relief after my first experience. Starting the lending process over when time was limited is stressful, but Andrew was amazing and a true professional! He is definitely an asset to Academy Mortgage.
