I've gone through the mortgage process several times and Academy by far was the smoothest, most enjoyable experience. Underwriters were very communicative and personable; they helped me get over a few tricky hurdles with the property itself; and they got me to closing on time even though I came to them later in the process than usual (as I was dissatisfied with the lender I had been using before them). Great experience overall!

It is just the start of my journey with Academy, but Erich in the Rockford IL location was very friendly and professional. He was there every step of the way and made sure we were aware of all the steps and nothing came as a surprise.

I had major issues with an experience with acadamy mortgage. I filed a complaint with Revdex.com for this already. This complaint is regards to the deceitful practices of this company and their representatives. I was asked by their representative what I wanted to make this go away. They constantly ignore emails and make excuses and broken promises so the Revdex.com will close the case against them. The situation has gone on to the point where I have no choice but to seek legal consul and take them to court using the compelling evidence I have against them.
