We had a very interesting situation during our buying process. After we were already in contract and literally days away from closing we had some issues with another lender not delivering on their promises. Vicki was very helpful and understood our situation and felt like someone who was truly there to help. Everything that she said before we made the switch she delivered on which was refreshing after our experience with the previous lender. She truly did take a huge amount of our stress off of the table and we can't thank her enough!
