Working with Trevor of Academy Mortgage was an exceptional experience. We had no clue on what was needed to become homeowners, but he gave us a simple action plan. He went above and beyond to make sure we took the needed steps to get preapproved and locked at a good rate. Once the process was underway every question was answered and every phone call returned. He made sure that we were clear on all the phases and steps. The videos from Academy to mark each milestone also helped to give us insight into the process along the way. We will recommend Academy to all our friends. We feel so blessed to have had such a positive experience and closed on time!
