It was clear from the very beginning that the folks at Academy Mortgage in Omaha care deeply about their clients. Despite the fact that my credit was imperfect and a few not-so-nice surprises, my loan officer, Nikki A never gave up until she found a package that would work for me. Communication was constant and Nikki kept me informed and educated every step of the way. When I was discouraged, Nikki kept my spirits up and continued pushing forward. Today, I own a home that I love. There are no words that can adequately express my gratitude to Nikki, Alana, the underwriting team and everyone at Academy Mortgage. You are truly the best!

All of the experiences I had there were positive and I'm completely happy with the overall experience. Despite a couple of things that could have been potential setbacks, everything got arranged and resolved quickly and we ended up closing almost a week earlier than originally planned. I will definitely be using Academy Mortgage for future loans if I should have a need, and I will most definitely recommend them to family and friends. I'm now the owner of a townhouse that I LOVE and my family and I can have a home. I'm beyond happy.

I was nervous to refi, I don't know much about finance stuff. The staff at Academy Mortgage reached out to me every step of the way and answered all questions direct- no run around and I never felt like I was bothering them. They really know how to get your refi or purchase done. Everything is in house I believe and They've been around forever so they have great relationships and know how to address an individuals situation. Everything costed less than I expected.
