The sales manager we worked with Sean Pr*** was rude and unprofessional. This company has good ratings but I would suggest working with a different sales manager

Friendly to work with and even offered to stay past closing hours to meet with me since I wouldn't be able to make it to their office during hours. I liked how Ashlee would text me with things that was still needed and that I could text her with questions and she would get back to me fairly quick.

Ernesto was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was going to go with USAA who I have a fifteen year relationship with, but Ernesto won me over with his knowledge and persistence. He matched USAA's rate and dropped the origionaion fee. There were some issues with the closing documents, but they were fixed promptly and my funding was released shortly after.

Christian and his entire team were very pleasant to work with and made the entire experience easy to understand.

This was our first time purchasing a home and things went fairly smoothly. We closed on time and felt we could reach out to the team with any questions we had at any point. I do wish we would have received final numbers sooner but all in all it was a great experience!

This company sucked. The communication breakdown was terrible. I never knew what was going on with my loan and I was provided with multiple LE's and CD's that had incorrect information so I did not know what my final mortgage payment was until I went to signing. My loan officer Jason H's response time to get back to me was underwhelming. I would rather poop in my hands and clap than use Academy Mortgage ever again.

This team could give lessons on how excellent customer service is achieved. First class operation. I wish they sold clothing, cars, and life insurance as well.

She is up front with any possible issues and does not put off her work. She makes sure from the very beginning that all is going to work and she has everything needed to close on time.
