Brian L was the first loan officer to review our credit in depth and give us hope that we could obtain a loan much sooner than we had been told by numerous other loan officers. Most just listened to our situation and write us off saying we can’t do anything for a year from when we closed on the sale of our previous home. Brian ran our credit through the system and was able to get us oreapproved in a timely manner. As a former Realtor, I respect a loan officer who doesn’t shy away from what could be a bit of a more complicated transaction. Brian happily worked with us and made us feel confident throughout the process.

When they give you a timeline, they are giving you a realistic date and not just telling the borrower what they want to hear. It's honest people like them that is missing in the other companies. I began the home buying process very skittish from past experiences. Maria made my home buying experience really painless. She answered all questions very clearly, and communication was excellent.
