Between Andrew T and Whittney C all of our expectations were meet. They are from the Meridian, Idaho office . Andrew was recommended by a friend and made the process easy. We would recommend them to others looking for a home loan.

John C is on top of his game! He took calls late in the evening frequently, even though it wasn't expected. I would say he went above and beyond the usual mortgage broker.

Academy was great to work with. Very informative and quick to reply. Made being a first time home buyer very easy! 10/10 would recommend.

Luke and Suzanne, from the Fort Collins Colorado Office, went above and beyond in their efforts to assist us. We had a "worst nightmare" situation going on with our prior mortgage company and they hung in their with us and advocated for us until it was resolved. Our refinance wold have never been successful if it were not for their patience and assistance.

Ryan R has been my "Mortgage guy" since our first mortgage and even though he wasn't my loan processor on this loan he was still very helpful and readily available for questions. Ryan even showed up to our closing and that meant a lot to us! We will use Academy Mortgage because they are a professional yet personable team who look out for the best interests of their clients.

Stephen and Nicole are the best of the best. I can't sing their praises enough. These processes are complicated, difficult, and sometimes grueling but they are very clear, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, communicative, and all together on top of it from the first phone call that was just an idea. They always treated us with respect and dignity and sometimes the professional playfulness of long standing colleagues. Like I said before, I am so incredibly grateful. It's not an easy job, for anyone...but they make is smooth and seamless. Thank you so very much for all that you did for our family.

Alex and his team are a phenomenal group of people that work with integrity, dedication and ethical practices. As a new homebuyer, I was very concerned, panicked a few times and had a lot of questions. Alex and his team were very patient, honest and supportive of all my concerns. Everything was explained in a way that I could understand and that helped me make the right decisions throughout this entire process. I will definitely work with Alex and his team again and I will refer them to as many people as possible. It was a pleasure working with them!

It was a fairly easy process. Alice went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She also always kept us in the loop every step of the way.
