This product is a scam! It does not heat for 2 hours, it does not return to the gel state after boiling or placing in the dishwasher, and I was charged a much higher price than what I can get online. I would like a refund on this product. The kiosk I purchased this from will not grant me a refund. I am extremely disappointed with this item. If Click Heat stands by their product, they will contact me.

Ha, the girl told me it was her Grandmother and Mother's business. They had two kiosks in the mall that I went to. The first time I didn't have time, but was interested in the product, seemed pretty cool. I went back today, and the woman who's "mother and grandmother" owned the business wasn't there. They advised me several different prices than what she told me. I asked if she was there and they directed me to her down at a 2nd kiosk. I wanted a different color for the neck one and she told me the other kiosk with change for me. They wouldn't and one of the sales "kids" said to me "how much did she get you for"?! I was furious and now I felt taken and when I got back to my office, it really wasn't sitting well with me. Searched on line and found the products much less on several sites like ebay. I want to report them to the mall office and want to figure out how to get them back. This is unfair and deceptive business practices.

Totally agree.. maybe we should exchange emails and take them to court. I was not told that it needed to be boiled. Sales person said, his mom was the inventor.. stupid me

I agree, it doesn't work. The kiosk at the Danbury fair Mall in CT has a sign that said no refunds, but the place stuff in front of it so the customers can't see it. They said they warranty the product for 10 years. They will replace it for free but I don't want to replace it I just want my money back because this is a scam. I should had checked the reviews online before I bought it.

The click heat product is awful. I made the mistake of buying four of the neck and shoulder ones.
1. The product does not work. The button to activate the heating pad doesn't bend and the product can't activate.
2. I was not told the product had to be boiled to reset it so it can work again. I was told you just press the button.
3. I came home from a county fair and saw all terrible reviews. Also, the price I paid was much higher than online.
4. I was told the heat would last 3-4 hrs. Reviewers have said about a half hour.

I would like my money back as soon as possible. It was $170.

I am so sorry this happened to you! Same exact thing happened to me. I paid way more than I should have. The girl never said a WORD about the boiling process. I feel your frustration.

Do Not Buy these products! I bought at a county fair in August. The salesman gave me misinformation, saying it would stay warm for 4-5 hours! He was actually a great salesman, just giving the wrong information. And at the end, he asks for a tip saying that is the only way he gets paid! Horrible!And no refund! Just don't want others spending $100 and more for a product the doesn't work!

I purchased the Neck and shoulder product at the Nebraska State Fair on August 25, 2017. I contacted Customer Service several times to return it, it is not what I was told when I purchased it. I sent my copy of the cashed transaction to your customer service person as they requested. I want a $106.00 refund as I do not like your product. It is hard as a rock after using once! I ran it thru the dishwasher as I was told to do, it is still hard as a rock! Please contact me!~

They are still in factory sealed packaging, as I had purchased them for gifts at the Fair. I didn't realize the people I purchased them for already had them. I got an immediate response from customer service who needed pictures and receipt to forward this information to the OWNER for approval of return. Found out today the OWNER will not refund my money. They will only exchange it or replace it. Salesman sure didn't hesitate to take my money and upon paying with there little credit card machine it asks for a TIP..lol Yes a tip. I was embarrassed not to so I did tip him. HUGE lesson learned don't ever buy something unless you have in writing what there return policy is. This was at the Santa Barbara County Fair in Santa Maria. I don't recommend them at all, might have been great product but I don't trust the hidden return policy...EXTREMELY disappointed!

I recently purchased several ClickHeat products at the Milwaukee Summerfest. After a short time one of the products developed a small leak. I contacted the ClickHeat customer service department and their response far exceeded my expectations. Within a few days I received a replacement for my defective part as well as several other ClickHeat products for my inconvenience. The products have been great at releaving the sciatic nerve pain problem that I have. Also, their customer service has been nothing short of awesome!

file with Revdex.com and they will respond with a cut and paste answer "We'll exchange it". I have 2 neck and shoulder packs and 6 hand warmers, all junk. I have to pay for shipping. They are crooks. File with Revdex.com!

I have been contacted by Click Heat about the 30 day return policy. I had asked where to find it on the website as I could not find it myself. Here is the reply I received.

Well isn't that convenient. It isn't listed anywhere on the website or the receipt I received so how do you know it was displayed at the sight? I have 2 other people that will testify that there wasn't a sign displayed saying 30 day return policy.

I would like a full refund of this product. I will gladly return all product in its original packaging.

How odd that I can not find any of the other posts that I posted about this company. It seems as they have disappeared somehow?
I am still waiting on information about receiving a refund as the table had no signs of return policy posted nore did be say anything about a refund.

I have tried several times to receive a refund from Click heat. I have received one reply asking why I wanted a refund. I sent an email back with the information and have yet to hear from anyone. I have all original items in UNOPENED boxes and original receipt.

I have been contacted by the company. I sent my original invoice along with a photo of the items I would like a refund for. The reply email states I only have a 30 day refund window to receive a refund...I can not find this information anywhere on the websit nor is it listed anywhere on my virtual receipt
I have read through the complaints on this site and come across a lot of them that were over 30 days. One was even over 3 months and still received a refund.
I believe this company to be a scam and will be telling my massage insurance company ABMP about them. ABMP has been l known to send out flash emails regarding companies trying to scam the industry. I feel because I divulged that I was a RMT I was taken advantage of. I was charged over 199 for the product that others on this sight have paid 40-50. I would like to receive a full refund for the product.

I also bought a Clickheat product, the back with belt option. I paid $99.00 for it at a trade show in Novi, Mi. When I got home my husband did not want it (I bought it for him) and then he also went online and found it cheaper thru Amazon and the Clich heat's own website. I tried to contact them for a refund, but no response. I got a text reciept and that's it. Can you help? Thanks

Review: I purchased a Clickheat neck shoulder product at a Clickheat booth at the [redacted] on 9/[redacted]/2015. I paid $43.50 for the product with my debit card. When I got home I took it out of the box and it did not work as it was supposed to work. My husband has a very painful shoulder and we were intending to purchase a heat wrap that warms in a microwave. Instead we purchased the clickheat product in the hopes that it would help with his pain. We are now out the $43.50 with a product that does not work. I was told when I purchased the item that it had a 10 year warranty and that I could get a refund by going to the Clickheat website at [redacted]. On 9/[redacted]/2015 and again on 9/[redacted]/2015 I sent an email to Clickheat and have yet to get a response from them. I asked them for a refund and they have not responded. Review: February [redacted] / 2015 at the Massachusetts " Boat Show" In Boston Mass I purchase Items called "clickHeat" Silicone items Invoice # [redacted] in the amount of $160.00 these items are defective they stay crystallized. You are to boil them to turn them back to the original silicone. the items purchased stay clear for about 3 minutes. you can not hit the click metal button. I have tried contact "clickheat" on their website and on two occasions, with out a response. I have disputed the charge but that has already gone through my credit card. there were also missing items out of my bag. when I purchase the package it was to come with back, neck, 2 hand, 2 feet and tow sets of small hand warmer. the small hand warmer were missing and the back holder wasmissing. Due to the fact: you watch the sales person put the items in the bag and the sales person tell you to leave the bag her to heavy to carry and places under the table and there were a bunch of bag under the table. either I received the wrong bag or the items small items ere removed. because your receipt is not itimized. I just hope I was not scared they have my credit card. these items are very different than the ones they were showing and playing with on display. Review: I purchased your product and was told it was guaranteed for a lifetime. I purchased several for gifts. I was told it would stay pliable and could be reused. I got home to learn that it does not stay pliable (infact it gets hard somewhat like candle wax) and the only way to reuse the product was to boil it back to liquid. I went to return the product and was told flat out no returns. When I ask for the managements #, I was told I don't have to give you that info. I was treated like... it sucks to be you lady...
I was also charged 7% tax, which MD's tax is 6%. I feel I was taking advantage of completely. Desired Settlement: Refund of my entire purchase. $428.00

My apologies for the inconvenience and misrepresentation you experienced when purchasing and using Click Heat products.  You do have to boil them in hot water or in a crock pot to be able to re-use them again—by clicking the disc inside the heating pad.  We recognize that for some, the product  doesn’t work out and we are happy to refund your money.  Again my apologies for the way you were treated at Tyson's Corner and for the long period of time you had to wait for a response.  I will submit your refund immediately.  Can I send you a prepaid label to ship the items back to me? Review: I bought ClickHeat on 10 / [redacted] / 15 at the Mall of [redacted] . Our sales representative sold us the merchandise which was 80.46, invoice# [redacted] / Christina is the Rep. My husband asked her what do we do after the merchandise is not hot anymore. She did not answer and she got us on another subject so we forgot to ask again. Well we find out when we get home that after each use you need to boil the item to use it again. Christina misrepresented this merchandise to us and we want our money back. I sent an email 3 days after we bought it and they have not contacted me back - I sent 2 more emails and no response to talk about this. They were totally dishonest and did not tell the full truth about this product. Desired Settlement: We would like our money back since she did not include the full truth in her sale. I have a special needs son and I have no time to boil this product after each use. We did buy it for our son to use also and this is very said that we were misrepresented about this item.. Review: purchased the Neck and Shoulder ClickHeat product on Feb [redacted] , 2016 after seeing a demonstration at the Atlantic City Boat Show. I want to exchange a Back Heat Pad for a Shoulder Heat Pad or return it. Desired Settlement: Exchange or return product for credit without paying delivery charges.

I was not fully informed about this product. I was told you just put in water and it goes back to it's cool state. But you actually have to put it in boiling water. Does not return to normal state. I want a refund of $99. I DO NOT LIKE THIS PRODUCT!

I was christmas shopping yesterday and saw these as a demo. I use a heating pad daily for crossfit related soreness and thought this would be great. The sales person never told me that I needed to do anything special to get it to return to it's liquid state. He tried to convince me into a variety of things, ultimately, I purchased the neck/shoulder wrap. After feeling like I had been scammed, I did some research last night and realized all the negative reviews. I went back to the mall kiosk where I purchased this item, they told me they have a sign that says no refunds. The sign was hidden behind their computer. I put up a big enough fuss that ultimately they were losing business because people were walking away from their kiosk. He asked me what I wanted and I told him I wanted my money back. He told me that he could not refund my credit card and I said then give me cash. Ultimately, he gave me $50 cash and pretty much said get lost. This is a scam, do not buy this product!!!!

Review: During the holiday season I purchased Clickheat products (shoulder and back) heating pads. After the first use of the items it was time to return them to their original state. I followed the directions as described on the box by boiling water and placing the heat pads in the boiling water with a face cloth/towel.

Upon removing the products it was apparent that the plastic membrane had been compromised and the liquid from the products began seeping out and also the chemical reaction was enduced and the product hardened.

I have made 3 attempts to this date to contact their customer service team and have received 3 generic email responses that I would be contacted in the coming days. None of which have occurred over the last 2 months.

In addition, I was told there is a 3 year warranty on the product by the mall kiosk sales associate. There are multiple complaints on this company: poor customer service response, sales associate scamming, poir product qaulity, etc.

If this is how they run their business, then malls should not allow them to have a footprint in their establishment as it shines a bad light on their business.

I originally wanted a replacement of my damaged items, but now I want a refund. Is it possible to reverse a credit card charge at this point or am I stuck eating my expensive losses?Desired Settlement: A full refund of the purchase price made at the mall kiosk.
