My e mail is [email protected] I would like to get a refund and if someone could get a hold of me from click heat as soon as possible that would be awesome thanks my number is 60734t4936 thanks so much I was at the Syracuse winter fair when I was stopped by a young man and he talked me into buying g three clickheat pads and made them sound great and easy to boil them and reuse them but it is not easy at all and they are not reusable at all I boiled each of them for more then 30 mins each and all they did was re crystalized and harden right back up I want a refund as soon as possible thanks

I was at the Syracuse winter fair a few weeks ago and a guy stopped me and talked me into buying three click heat pack 1 neck and shoulder one, 1 back one and 1 eye one and I could and only use them all once and when I boil them it took over half hour each and then while they cooling off they all just crystalized again and leak out also I would appreciate it if someone contacts me to give me a refund please and thank you my email is [email protected]

Received my Neck-Shoulder heating pad for Christmas, never could get it to work even boiled it , started to leak, tried the web site could get no response I feel bad for my sister whom got taken by this product. glad to see others have the same problem, they should not be able to continue selling these products.

I was at the Syracuse ny winter fair and a man stopped me and talked me into buying three click heat packs for a total of $100 I got the neck and shoulder one, the back one and the one for eyes and after I used them the first time I couldn't get them to work again I boiled them for over a half hour and they all just crystallized again. I was not fully informed about this product I was told you just put in water and it goes back to it's cool state But you actually have to put it in boiling water Does not return to state I want a refund of $I DO NOT LIKE THIS PRODUCT!

See attached for the picture of the merchandise as well as the purchase receipt. At the auto show kiosk I was told the items would stay hot for to hours and I'm lucky if they stay hot for minutes even after boiling them in water

I was Christmas shopping yesterday and saw these as a demo I use a heating pad daily for Crossfit related soreness and thought this would be great The sales person NEVER told me that I needed to do anything special to get it to return to it's liquid state He tried to convince me into a variety of things, ultimately, I purchased the neck/shoulder wrap After feeling like I had been scammed, I did some research last night and realized all the negative reviews I went back to the mall kiosk where I purchased this item, they told me they have a sign that says no refunds The sign was hidden behind their computer I put up a big enough fuss that ultimately they were losing business because people were walking away from their kiosk He asked me what I wanted and I told him I wanted my money back He told me that he could not refund my credit card and I said then give me cash Ultimately, he gave me $cash and pretty much said get lost This is a scam, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
