This product has been misrepresented by the untrained salesperson at the Pierce County Fair, Ellsworth, WI. I will contact as many fair boards through the USA if this company will not refund my $200.00 their workers will be silenced to some degree. I am going to make this my main task in life, as they pray on the elderly with low income and the vulnerable with pain. They are telling people different sales pitches some say they are guaranteed for 10 years he tells others 20 years. He tells that they are to be boiled for 4 to 5 minutes, but it's really about 10 to 15 minutes, this company is a scam just read all the reviews. Connie Taylor, N5288 County Rd. CC Elmwood WI. 54740, taken for $200.00.I would, not say a thing if they didn't hire people that misrepresented the product and if they would give people refunds.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a kit that included hand warmers, neck, lower back with the case, and bag, I went ahead and also bought the knee kit and a neck holder for the neck warmer. Well, I already had to take my one kit back for being defective. They replaced it and while there my mom and sister bought a kit. Well, I get my replaced kit home. I use it boil it and it starts crystalizing right after boiling. I call my mom to find out hers and my sisters both do the same thing. I would also like to add that mine leaked all over my brand new couch and on my hand. I washed my hands thoroughly before any burns happened. Don't bother calling the (561)324-5867 number because all he is offering is a replacement kit and a nasty attitude saying that you don't know how to boil it correctly. Seriously? It isn't rocket science. I did everything exactly and it doesn't work. I urge you not to waste your money on this product. It is literally garbage. I made many purchases and never in my life have I regretted a product before this one. I urge you to read all the negatives reviews before purchasing. There is not one good review. THIS PRODUCT IS A SCAM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. If my money is not returned I will be talking to my lawyer to see what legal action I need to take in order to get all my money refunded including my moms and sisters.

Im sorry you are not happy with the product. Please email me a receipt and a pic of the products. Normally the owner does not do refunds from fairs, only exchanges and replacements. Please send me that info to [redacted] and I will forward onto the owner.

Reviewer 9830374, Maybe you should contact everyone on this forum and replace their junk warmers too, since the company websites & phone numbers are no longer working. Every customer should matter! I have no problem passing along good reviews when earn, and same goes for FRANK HONESTY about how corruptly a company acts in regard to its products, warranties & guarantees.

I am so sorry for that! my apologies for the frustration and inconvenience. Not sure what is wrong with that website and I will have the owner check on that. All of our products carry a 5 year warranty but will honor the lifetime warranty that you wee sold. What is your address? What Wonderpax...
