RATING SHOULD BE ZERO BUT WAS NOT A CHOICE TO CLICK ON. I purchased in mid December 2018. I have to agree with everyone else here! This product does not live up to the description by the salespeople. I have filed a complaint with the Natick Mall/Natick Collection that this company is a fraud. The product initially is too hot and then cools down much sooner than advertised. The sales personnel implied that when it cools down completely it can be used again. They never explain the cumbersome process needed to bring it back to a liquid form. What is really is upsetting is that they list a website indicating the company can be contacted when there is actually no website at all. Should this kiosk appear at a mall I frequent in the future I will take great pleasure in speaking my mind about their product and their business practice. I guess I'm most upset with myself for being fooled by these people! What I have learned is that I will NEVER purchase anything at a mall kiosk again!

Where is the email and contact info for Clickheat? I just wrote a review. Never used the products. Came to return it after reading bad reviews and they sales people are gone.Product not what I thought it was. Horrible reviews. Can’t use. Being sold on Amazon for $39.99. Boy did I get ripped off! I paid $176.16.

I paid $176.16 for these Clickheat products that entire set being sold for $39.99 on Amazon. I returned today 14 days after purchase to return them and they are gone from the NORTHGATE Shopping Mall in Seattle, WA . I cannot use this product due to a medical issue. I’ve called the shopping center to make a complaint

I got beat at the pheasant lane mall in Salem N H.I want my money back ...This is the worse product ever...Total garbage...

I purchased this product on 12/14/18 for $162. I emailed the company 2 days later as the product irritated my skin., no matter how long I boiled it in a cloth towel as instructed it wouldn’t go back to liquid and crystallized, and I wanted a refund. On top of that, they get hard relatively quick and for me having 4 back surgeries that isn’t comfortable. I never heard from the company so I went back to where I purchased them on 12/22/18 and they told me they only do exchanges. Why would I want more? They said they would email the company for me and still I have heard nothing. I left a message on their answering machine, I found the number through this post. If I do not hear from anyone nor get a refund I will contact the RevDex.com for NY. Then I’ll get a refund. I had to click a star but this is definitely a zero
