I have fibromyalgia and these heaters are going lukewarm after 10-15 minutes. They are not helpful to me. It says that they last up to an hour on the box. I was not told that there would not be any refunds until they ran my receipt. It take me a long time to make money with my painful illness. I'm so upset.

I have a Neck and Shoulder ClickHeat gel pack. It gets hard after each use, so is not working properly. I found a telephone number in CAlifornia 561-324-5867. One time I was able to leave a message and 4 other times it said their answering service was full but I could send a SMS message. I never received a reply! Please help!

I purchased the $80 set at the RV show in February, 2019. Pure garbage. Don't stay warm long and the ones I used and recharged no longer work. I contacted customer service twice and no one ever got back to me. Definitely do not recommend spending the money.

What a great ideas from everyone!

But a couple of warnings. A doctor told me not to put anything very hot or cold on my eyes. Just lukewarm is fine.

For a sprain, use a cold one first, to prevent swelling. Later a warm one is good.

I purchased the neck and back heating pad from the Glendale Home and Garden show on March 3, 2019 They worked for about 10 times and now they do not return to the gel form so no heat! I need a refund. [email protected]

I bought click heat at the World of Wheels Auto Show in Rosemont a week or so ago.
I spent $80 and the first time I used the pax it leaked onto my new sheets and mattress. I emailed Customer Service and spoke with Jodi Dobrinsky (757-472-9123) and she was by far the worse customer service rep I have ever dealt with in all my life. She sends me an attachment showing that my money was nonrefundable and no where on the box nor the receipt does it state this was nonrefundable and I advised her of that. Legally it needs to appear on the product you are selling. After I made that comment Jody became irritate and the name calling began. I have never talked to a more unprofessional person than her and I will never buy another product from this company again.

I purchased a set - back, shoulder/neck at the Omaha, NE Home Show on March 9th 2019. The shoulder/neck pack leaked after first use! The instructions were terrible and no contact number to reach the company. I was scammed. I expect at lease an exchange or a refund! The product completely leaked everywhere - salt etc that was inside. Big mess!

I purchased multiple Click Heat products at the Richmond Home & Garden Show on March 1, 2019. I used one of the products that day and it leaked until almost empty. Then I read the online reviews and realized I had been scammed. I took all the products back to the booth on March 3, 2019. The vendor representative refused to reimburse me. I want to be reimbursed immediately.
