We have spoken to this customer and we are issuing her a refund 11/**/15 Dispute has been settled.

We have received the return and are processing the refund.  A check for the purchased amount and shipping charges should go out the the customer this week.

I bought the back ClickHeat at the Ideal Home Ex. 2018 when I got it home examined it only to find that there is no Click button inside to click I paid £35.00 I suffer really bad with back pain plus I’m a pensioner so you can imagine how disappointed I feel I have tried to phone but no answer surly this is a scam and should be looked into, why on earth are places like the Ideal Home allowing them to exhibit what can be done I’m going to contact Trading Standards
