ClickHeat Nashua, New Hampshire Reviews (211)

My wife and I purchased ClickHeat neck and shoulder last year and it seemed to work fine. We purchased another one last month and when we got it home and took it out of the packaging it never worked once. Now our first one has stopped working and we were told that they have a 5 year warranty. We are getting no where with trying to get our money back. We called the number on the receipt and it goes straight to voicemail. My wife has severe back issues and this is very frustrating that she has been taken advantage of in this way. We welcome any assistance that we can get in solving this issue.

This product is a total scam and doesn't work. I wish I had googled it before purchasing. I was talked into this today at the Horse Expo in Pomona and given a demonstration of the Neck & Shoulder pack. It seemed great, so I bought one, but what I brought home doesn't work at all! I'm requesting a refund on the company website, but not holding out much hope based on the reviews above. I had to click on one star in order to submit this review, but would actually give it 0 stars!

I purchased ClickHeat for the back at a boat show in January. Used it twice (within two weeks of purchase) and the seam began to leak which caused it to never go to gel again. I emailed the company three times to ask how this particular product piece could be replaced and heard absolutely nothing back from them. Do not purchase the Click Heat. While the product itself is good and works well if you have a piece with a manufacturer defect, the customer service sucks.

ClickHeat is an absolute scam. Purchased two neck and shoulder packs and two boxes of hand warmers. Hand warmers burst open if squeezed at all, liquid burst everywhere and burned my skin. Not made for children. Products stay hot for 15-20, not over an hour. Returning it to liquid takes longer than the product works for. SCAM!

Received a full refund.

I have been waiting since 6/2017 for information on returns...I have had no contact from anyone.

My situation has been resolved.

I'm going back to Burlington Mall in Massachusetts tomorrow. This is outrageous. I will stand there all day until they give me my hard earned money back. 200.00 scam.

Go through Revdex.com. I received a full refund.

I was told 10 year warranty also. They did not tell me it needed to go into boiled water. I spent 200.00 and it is such a scam. I will be in contact with my lawyer.

I purchased Click Heat reusable heating pads at a mall kiosk. There was no sign that said no refunds. When I tried to return the product the next day (unopened and with a receipt), I was told to go to the website for a refund and they didn't process returns at the kiosk. Customer service refuses to issue a refund and said they had a no refund policy for mall kiosk purchases. I want to return the product and receive a refund for $150. I was also concerned about the liquid content in the product and told the sales person I would not buy it if it was manufactured in China. She assured me it wasn't, which was a lie. I have complained to the Revdex.com and still the company refuses to issue a refund.

I received a full refund. Try contacting them via Revdex.com.

They rip me off sold products that did not fit the bill. When trying to return it in a 24hr period they refused. The gel turned hard less then 25min had to boil it twice to soften. To much work for comfort.

I was scammed. My wife and I were told it should last 2 hours, the website says 90 minutes, in reality about 30 to be generous. It was nice for the short period though. If you live in Massachusetts do a quick Google search for massachusetts retail rights guide and refer them to the refund policy. A receipt taped to the register isn't a legit sign.

Did you get anywhere with them?

Me too

I bought a neck and shoulder warmer at a Motor cycle convention in Long Beach. I was told that it would stay warm for 3 hours which is way longer durations then is listed on the website. I was lied to and now I'd like a refund. I sent an email explaining that their booth sales people are lying and I haven't heard back yet. Their competitors are also way cheaper even with the 'discount' I received. I'm really disappointed.

Hello. I had recently bought 2 products from clickheat that I am extremely unhappy with. I was never informed of the boiling process and was also not aware of the no refund policy (as stated above) it was covered by a computer and was discovered after my purchase. I would very much appreciate some assistance with my refund. Thank you

0.0 stars. The ClickHeat company is a scam. The product does not work as advertised and the Kiosk at the Danbury Fair Mall, CT do not give the right information. They have a sign that said, NO REFUNDS but they keep it hidden behind the stuff so people can't see it. The customer service online is very bad. If my return do not get processed soon I am going to the mall every day for the rest of the year with a sign that said "Do not buy this product, it is a SCAM. They don't give refunds. You buy this crap, you own it."

+5

I wish I had seen your review before I bought this. LISTEN TO THIS MAN! He is absolutely correct. They keep the no refund sign BEHIND products. A COMPLETE scam.
