Do not buy this product, it ruined my couch, my pants and my shirt, so stay away from this product.

This is a scam! This company should be stopped!

Waste of my $50! It’s a scam and cheap product that lasts a day or two.

Worked great the first two times. The third time I tried three times to boil it as instructed on the box, but it just returned to solid even though it was totally clear of crystals after boiling each time. Was told there was a warranty, but the seller didn't give me a receipt! What a scam and a waste of $50. Like others, I would not give it any star if that were possible. Oh, there is no real way to contact them. I did try a web page for problems, but got no reply.

O/5 Stars. I did not want to give them any, but this process forces us to at least give them 1 even if they do not deserve it. I have only used pocket warmers 3 times! They are now cloudy and chunky even after boiling them as directed. I am unable to find any working contact info on this company making it impossible to get a replacement or refund. BBB claim filed.

I bought two at the women's show in Birmingham Al. The metal clip broke the first time I used it in one of mine. . I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement in 4 days. So if having problems give them a shout. Sue

I would love if you could respond with how you got in touch with them. Their websites don't work, and I can't find a phone number or email address for them. Mine sprung a leak first time using.

HELP...
I am frustrated with the leaking of the liquid from my Back ClickHeat.
Checking on my product regarding the defect...I either want my money back or a replacement. Very expensive mistake. I have my original receipt. What can I do?

Purchased this product at a home show and it was fairly expensive. Used it when I got home that day and it was great. Went to reuse it later that night, followed the instructions of a pan of boiling water with a towel in it. Kept it in the water approximately 5-7 minutes and used plastic tongs to pick it up. The seam broke immediately in a small spot. Leaked the inside salts all over . Have left numerous messages in the last three days with not one return phone call. It was difficult to even find a number or email address. Nothing listed on the packaging which is quite interesting for a "life time warranty". Ironically no one ever answers the phone during the "business hours" listed on the message. This is a giant scam to rip people off. The packaging does not even show it is from the US. Stay away from this no matter how good it feels at a show. I will also be following up with the RevDex.com, my bank and the Home Show people so they do not let them come back to rip off others! My bank is working to refund my $216

Just purchased this at the LA county fair. The manager sold us two neck and one back heating pad. FAILED to tell me you had to boil them to activate them! I asked her many times and she advised after 3hrs once it cooled down it would reactive on its own just click the metal inside. How is this convenient? TOTAL SCAM! Will be reporting this to BBB and disputing with my bank as they refused to give me a refund!

Well this is a drop in the bucket of bad reviews (just keep looking online!) The demonstrators never once said you had to boil the product to get it back to its liquid state - I assumed it would just gradually return to room temperature, at which point you could click it again, NOPE. After 20 minutes of boiling, it barely softened back up, at which point I just gave up.

The clicker thing is also basically impossible to activate the first time, and I assume the first few times after that as well. They make it look easy in the booth because those products are well broken in. It's really hard to get the things to click even if you aren't terrified about accidentally puncturing the packs and getting acid burns from the stuff inside it.

The one product I was able to use was WAY TOO HOT to use, even with a sock on, when I tried it, and by the time it was no longer scalding hot, it had begun to solidify.

The salesperson neglected to give us the several products that she said she'd include as part of our purchase deal. There's no clear way as to how to contact the company, and they never respond, so there's no way to return the product to them for a refund, or get your however long warranty.

The lower back pack WAS quite delightful on the showroom floor, though.

I got a skin rash on my back with this product! Also they didnt explain we had to boil it thats very inconvenient I would really appreciate a refund since it is a useless for me do to the allergic reaction! Im so disappointed in the sales people with the false advertising about you just had to click to use and they were begging for a tip because they only made by commission. Really ! The product isn't cheap of course I didnt tip her anyways I am upset and would love my money back, I bought it on 8/218 LA county fair

Just bought at NE State Fair. They did not explain to me that you have to put it in boiling water after EVERY time you use it. How is that economical? Taking advantage of older people making them think this is a simple product. Give me back my microwave bag! Who wants to go to the hassle every time you use it?

I would put no stars if I could I purchased 2 back kits at the lorain county fair because my mom has serious backaches and I did it for her birthday the second day I used it and boiled it just like the sales scammers told me it burst open and the inside contents burnt me and it is totally useless all I want is a moneyback guarantee like I was told was on the product and would be on the receipt sent to my email which again was another lie save your money do not buy this product I got taken for 160 dollars for a nonworking product.

I bought a click heat for my back. The second time I boiled it two of the buttons in the middle broke and liquid came out. Now I need to replace it but the county fair is gone. I just bought it four days ago. Can anyone help me out ?

I bought the back and neck ones at a booth at the Oshkosh AirVenture. The neck one works but the back one has no clicker in it! There is no way to get it activated. How can I get a different one that works? For what I paid for the stuff there should have been better quality control. Its useless as it is.

This is a very big scam, the products are worthless, they are misrepresented by the salespeople just to get a quick sale, and won't give you a refund. You have to boil them much longer than they tell you 4 to 5 min. More like 15 to 30 min. Sometimes they only stay hot for just a few minutes and would need to be boiled again. This is not only a lot a work for such a short time, heats your home up, is inconvenient and you can't use them if you travel. If everyone would just call your local County Fair officials, Home and Boat show officials or where ever you purchased this worthless product and tell them about their no refund policy and their misrepresentation of their product and show them this link if they don't believe you. That will help others in pain, to not to be scammed like we were. They go all over nationwide, they will be in your area again unless you act NOW., Connie Taylor, from Wisconsin, scammed at the Pierce Co. Fair, Ellsworth, WI.

We stood patiently at the booth for the cuyahoga county fair on Sunday, 8/12/18 I purchase this product. Both sales reps were helping other customers for around 15 minutes before finally completing the sale. The first rep finished his sale did not acknowledge us at all and preceded to start chowing down on some food inside the booth. The second rep finished shortly afterwards and also ignored us turning his back to us to gossip with his buddy. They missed out on our business and we are no longer interested in the product. I recommend the company that produces the product finds better representation.

Connie Taylor - you are absolutely correct. If I could give them no stars, I would. They are a total scam. It seems like none of the salespeople know what the warranty is on these products. Some have been told 5 years, 10 years, lifetime. There is no where to have proof for a warranty either, receipt says nothing about what products are purchased or what company it is. They prey on people and make them feel like they are getting a “good deal” when in reality, it is all a scam. We tested a product that was supposed to last 45 minutes - 1 hour. We started a timer and after 7 minutes the product was rock hard and no longer gave off heat. They will not do refunds, so that should tell you something about their product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM.

The phone number the sales reps give out when we complain is a scam too. Their mailbox is filled, probably with poor people complaining and they DO NOT ANSWER? You try the website on the top of this page too, see what you get?
