  Review: I bought the Wallet TrackR device via the internet on December 3, 2013. I was promised a shipping confirmation. I figured the Holidays had them backed up. I tried emailing them twice, messaging them on Facebook, and posting on Facebook. There is no phone number to call. I never received any responses from the company about my concerns or letting me know my product was shipped. Today is January 7, 2014 and I fully expect that they have stolen my money and have no intention of sending me this product.Desired Settlement: All I want is either my money back or the product I paid for

  ...tracking number provided to me on Dec. 12 still shows that no package was ever tendered to USPS. I contacted the company on Dec. 21 to ask about the missing package. I wrote again on the 22nd and 23rd. I know business hours can be erratic over the holidays, but it has been 9 days since I first complained, most of which were actually business days. Not only did they charge my card three full weeks ago, but it almost feels like that 'shipping notification' email was an intentional misdirection...

  TrackR is a great product and a great company - I've been by the office when visiting friends in Santa Barbara, and the customer relations team was nice and friendly helping my get my devices going. I got a bunch during the holidays as gifts!

  The DVD player would not work. We emailed Beach Bum Holidays and they sent a repair man who could not get the DVD player to work either. He left and returned with a replacement, but found, when attempting to hook it up, that the TV / DVD wiring was not done correctly. He was finally able to get it to work-----but then BEACH BUM HOLIDAYS charged my credit card for a service call. I emailed them and they never replied, so I phoned and was told a manager would get back to me----never happened. I would like a refund of the fee made to my credit card.

I finally go no help from the call center so I asked for a supervisor and no one was available! They were just counting down business days(they told me a total of 10 days) as of when my company would receive the funds, including weekends and the Thanksgiving holidays.
