  I was told I would have to wait 4-6 weeks AT THE MOST to receive my prescription glasses. These glasses are supposed to help the pain and pressure in my eyes. 6 week mark hits, we call the office, "Because of the Holidays, we're going on 8 weeks for making glasses, they are in process." The 8 week mark comes, "They are still in process, it could take up to 10 weeks". This is absolutely ridiculous, and we are already in process of filing a complaint with the medical board.
