P[redacted] called 11. 24. 2015. with his issues with the shutters we installed. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving, I told him we are more than happy to take a look at the problems and fix it, the only thing I asked can we do it after the holidays, because we are extremely busy this time of the...
year. He agreed, I promised I will call him.Friday afternoon at 3 pm he left a message, a not so nice one and the same day he fill out this complain at Revdex.com, stating he called twice and we don't return his call.. I was picking up my son from LAX, but the way home I stopped and listen his message and I called him back right away. There was no answer, so I left a message; I can stop by Monday 12:30 and see how we can fix the problem, but I still can't take my production manager with me, because the heavy schedule here and I had the impression we deal with the problem after the holidays. It is 11:30 Monday morning and I didn't hear back from him.
We have a written Warranty and we are proud we take good care of our costumers. As anybody who works may make mistake, if there was any misunderstanding regarding "after the holidays" now we are almost over all of them and we will fix the problem.

Review: Absolutely awful. Bought expensive wood plantation shutters. They screwed up the measurements and had to shave the frame down to make it fit. However, instead of taking an equal amount from the top and the bottom so that it would look balanced, they shaved the entire bead off of the top ... looks horrible. Less than one month after install, many of the wood louvres are totally warped and twisted like airplane propellers ... also looks horrible. Called the company twice and they keep saying they will call me back, but they never do.Desired Settlement: Replace the defective plantation shutters with shutters of the quality that I was promised or a refund and I'll have someone else build and install the shutters.
