Xymox Percussion

Ordered a 14" Reserve Snare COSMO 3/5/17 and after three months never received. Attempts to reach them by phone is horrible. Emailed and each time Kelsey E came back with some type of lame excuse. Owner Kevin H even replied. On 5/26/17 both of them stated the order was being pulled and sent out. Week later order still showed near completion. Only after myself and another angry customer started complaining on their Facebook page did they claim the order was pulled and Fedex had it but since I complained on their FB page they were cancelling the order which they did. Haven;t received the funds back yet but I'm still mad........this was a birthday gift for an 8yr old snare player that I had to explain why he wasn't getting his gift. It appears they routinely take people money and have issues with getting them the product! Horrible business practices!!!! I can provide all of the emails of what they said and utter lies told.

Hi I would like to file a complaint against Xymox Percussion for not delivering my sons pads and kept delaying the order and when we emailed they kept promising they would deliver the product next week and now it's been 2 months. I would NEVER EVER USE this company again or recommend them to anyone again. My son has now finished school and they still haven't delivered the product, and they are still promising that they will deliver it soon. I can't believe this company and how they lie.

I ordered a tenor drum that was supposed to take up to 8 weeks to deliver. It's been several weeks since, and although I get weekly assurances that it is done and will be shipping in a day or two, somehow, it never arrives. I don't like getting lied to.
