My daughter ordered a tenor kick 9 months ago. We were told 5 weeks for it to ship after we ordered. 9 months later, nothing. We email and get nothing but excuses. This company is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

My son ordered a Tenor Kicks Practice Pad in June 2019 to help him with his Senior Year Marching Season. It is now November, Marching Season has come and gone and he no longer has a use for this product and he still has not received it. He and I both have reached out to Xymox Percussion on multiple occasions getting little to no response from them or very broad, further delayed shipping estimates. We have asked for a refund twice and they refuse to provide one. I'm also very upset because my son was a Minor when he placed the order online with Xymox and I feel as though they have taken advantage of him by holding his money, delaying shipping, and refusing a refund when requested for almost 5 months. This company has an e-mail address, but no phone number to speak with anyone live, which should have been the first clue not to do business with them. Please beware ordering from this company. I have seen multiple reviews of this company since placing the order that leads me to believe the severely delayed shipping practices are the norm and not the exception. I would not wish this hassle and headache on anyone.

Do NOT order from Xymox unless you are ready to get your order well after you need it. I ordered my tenor kick in April. Where is it? Still in production. I have contacted them on 4 different occasions in 4 different months and they responded with an identical email. When I finally started asking for a refund they refuse to do so, because it was on the contract. However, it also said on the contract to give them a 12 month max window for them to ship it out to me. It’s been 28 months. Why must I keep my side of the contract when they don’t? The purpose of the tenor kick was supposed to be so I could practice for our performing season, and our season ends next weekend. Definitely do NOT recommend ordering here, no matter how nice the products are. If you don’t get it when you need it, no quality will make up for that.

I bought one of their products in early august and now i'm not even sure if I'll get it by christmas. Don't buy unless you're willing to wait an forever.

This company needs to get its priorities straight! They keep announcing a new website and all these new products. Maybe they should concentrate their efforts on getting backorders out to their customers first! This is ridiculous. I have been waiting 6 months for the pad I ordered. If you don't have the resources to keep up with the demand, then you should halt any more orders. I predict this company to flop in the near future.

I so wish I could submit a solid 0 star review. I ordered a custom iD pad over 7 months ago and have emailed them many times about when I would receive it. My response to said emails always asks me to wait a little longer. I despise this company with a burning passion. I would kill myself before I recommended them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble of buying from them and recreate the experience by flushing $100 down the toilet. Xymox Percussion is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Again, I cannot stress enough how badly I wish they would be wiped off the face of the earth by a meteorite. I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated and I wish I could go back and tell myself to purchase a pad from a significantly more reliable company.

Poor customer service. Took my money but no product. This has been 6 months going.

I live there products never owned one but have played on them many times the only problem I have is I ordered one in June it’s now been 3 months and they keep changing my shipping date it started in August then beginning of September the end of September now the end of October to the end of November they have changed my date to many times.

I ordered my pad on March 17th and was given a May 1st estimate. After waiting the 10 weeks the give on their website, I emailed and was told they were "experiencing heavy volumes" and that it would be another 5 weeks. 6 weeks later, in mid June, I emailed again and was told they were "wrapping things up" and it would hopefully be shipped out by the end of July. On August 1st, I reached out again and was told that it should be shipped by mid-to-late August and if I hadn't heard from them by then to reach out. It was at this point that I threatened Revdex.com action and demanded my product be shipped by August 16th. Sure enough, I received my shipping information August 16th and my drum pad 4 days later.
While their product is top of the line, it's hard to justify purchasing from Xymox due to their terrible business practices. Their customer service is essentially reading from a script, as a number of complaints and reviews have used the same phrases and time frames as I have received, meaning they are essentially lying to customers and stringing them along with false estimates. They will apologize for "catching them at a bad time", but it seems as though reviews like these have been coming in for years, at that point it's stops becoming "a bad time" and is just terrible business practices.
I fully believe that had I not threatened action and complaints that I would still be waiting for my drum pad today.

Don’t order from this company, ordered on 05-1-2019 and it’s now August 19th and they just added another “estimated” 5 weeks. They just keep pushing the shipment back, they do respond to me but I’ve been told 3 different estimated shipping dates and that they have a very strict no refund/return policy. Ok, then learn how to fulfill orders properly if you are going to take that payment as quickly as the card number is entered and order placed. We wanted that for marching season because it’s my son’s first year marching snare, well our season starts this Friday. It appears this company has no respect for their customer’s time or money. I hope this saves someone else from making a mistake and using this company. They don’t even deserve one star!

Son has been waiting since April 9th for snare pad. I didn't know anything about this company but after seeing all of the negative reviews, I probably would have kept my son from ordering it. Just so you know, both the owner, Kevin H and the point of contact, Melissa H are on ***. So go ahead and send them a message.

Ordered a custom drum pad in October 2018 for a March 2019 birthday gift. Understanding it is custom and it will take some time. Then my order was marked complete December 2018. For a minute I thought it may get here early for the March birthday. Now it is July 2019 I still have yet to receive it. Several emails back and forth later since March and it is still not shipped or even labeled to ship. The same representative gives a different excuse for it not shipping. They got behind or dropped the ball on this or now in this latest email it states they are "estimating this may ship not this weekend but next weekend".... Buyer beware... At this rate, I feel I will be lucky to receive my set within a year of ordering! (assuming I actually get the product) No matter how this order looks or performs, I will not be a repeat customer.

Ordered a drum pad on November 13, 2018. It has been 7 months and I get the run around for when my product will ship. The same person has been responding for my emails but has given me different shipping dates and NONE of them have happened. We ordered this for a Christmas gift and have not received the product. I am very unsatisfied with this company and how it has basically taken $100's of dollars from customers without a product.

I placed an order for a Christmas present in November 2018. They said the product should ship between 4-6 weeks, so I knew it might be late for Christmas. It is June 2019 and I still have yet to receive the product. I have emailed them 4 different times. Each time they respond and apologize and say it is coming. The last email said no later than 4/30/19. I would NOT recommend this company!!

I wish there was a way you could leave negative stars. I have never had such horrible service. My order was placed 12/14/18. I received an email on 12/21/18 that said it would take up to 8 weeks. On 12/22/18, my order status was updated to "near completion". After 8 weeks, I attempted to call the customer service number that was answered with a recording that stated that line was for only outgoing calls. I sent numerous emails with no response. I emailed again in April and May with no response. On 6/6/19, I sent yet another email - 6 MONTHS LATER! I got a response that next day letting me know that it shipped on 6/6 with a tracking number. The tracker says it is to arrive tomorrow, but the last scan was in Ontario??? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, like every other review, I was told 8-10 weeks to process my order with an additional 2-5 days shipping within the United States. It's been a total of 13 weeks with no word or contact of any form from the company, despite my emailing the company to see if my order has even been acknowledged because no tracking number was ever sent to me. The terms and conditions stated a tracking number would be assigned and sent when the product entered production, and that email response time is between 24-48 hours on business days. That was two weeks ago.
Judging from the other complaints, I have at least another three months to go, despite having already waited nearly three months as it is.
I really, sincerely hope the product is sent in the right condition, color scheme, and with the right graphics at the correct resolution. If you find another company who offers a similar product, consider them instead if not solely because Xymox hasn't even replied to my inquiries. Every single time frame offered by the company has proven to be incorrect and/or neglected.

Horrid delivery time. They promised me 8-10 weeks and as of 20/5/19 I'm at over 25 weeks since my order. Go somewhere else for a custom tenor pad

It took over 5 months for them to process our simple order! They repeatedly claimed that our order would be "shipping soon."

I ordered a snare pad October 2018, knowing to expect a 4-8 month delivery time, especially during the holidays.
I emailed about once a month starting in January, just asking about the status of my order. I got a general cut and paste response, where each one said to wait an additional 2-5 weeks for the order to complete. In mid March, I received a response with a promised ship date of March 29. That date came and went, I sent another email in April and got the cut and paste response again, saying to wait an additional 2-5 weeks for the order to complete... I received no tracking information. Randomly, a few days ago on May 1st, I found a Xymox box sitting on my porch...
The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is because this is by far the best pad I've ever played. It really is a great product.
Xymox, if you read this, PLEASE may I suggest two things. One, find some way to increase productivity. I love these pads and I want your business to get the recognition it deserves. Two, change the 2-8 week delivery estimate that is on your site. It is highly misleading as all of the reviews and complaints on this site would suggest

Ordered my pad over 3 months ago and it still hasn’t come. I’ve emailed asking for an update but they have not responded. Pathetic really. If they would say it would take 6 months to build the pad it wouldn’t be so bad. I’m mu experience they are great quality. Unfortunately they advertise that it will take at most 8 weeks but it seems they never do.
