Missing Order
I had ordered a set of Pearl/White Bass Kicks back in 4/6/2019. 3 years later I still have not received the product OR my money back. I have emailed the company many times, only to get automated responses or no response at all. I mean this is just ridiculous! I'm still waiting for any kind of response from the company or any kind of update on my order. This is a product that was $158.65 by the way, so t is frustrating when I can't even get money back or the product.

I ordered a custom tenor pad on November 13, 2019. I also ordered a stand for the pad and some sticks. It’s been over two years, and I still haven’t gotten any kind of update! They also recently changed their website and it doesn’t remember who I am! This is not right!

Xymox robbed me
I have been scammed out of more than $900.00 for items that I purchased in October of 2019 for my students who are learning the marching percussion arts. I have emailed this company several times but they refuse to contact me or anyone else back with updated information. The most disrespectful part is that they are making advertisements for new products and telling would be costumers that it ships in 1 to 3 business days. I'm so disappointed by this company that I put my trust and support into.

NEVER GOT PRODUCT

I placed a order with the company Aug 2020. I understand COVID came pushed back the shipping & delayed things. I've attempted to reach out now a few times with NO reply. Wish I would've read the reviews placed online from other customers who also stated they didn't get their product, Yet the company took their money. I've now been waiting more than a year & trying to see when the product will be delivered or when I can get a refund? I have kept emails order receipts & all needed to request refund from my bank. I'm trying to handle this because I wanted my product. But CLEARLY something isn't right with the company taking peoples money & not sending them product. The company should value customers & reviews VERY Damaging to their company revenue. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYBODY. PLEASE reach out ASAP with these concerns. Thanks in advance.

Buyer Beware - Xymox has changed web addresses
I placed an order with this company in October 2020 and was charged $173.76 on the same day. My order number was #100028951. As of August 2021 I have neither received my order nor a refund.

I have contacted the company four times, including as recently as August 17, 2020. The last response I received from them was an automated one in May 2021 asking me to check back with them in a month. I did and there was no reply.

Sometime between August 17 and September 4th 2021, Xymox changed websites from xymoxpercussion.com to https://xymox-drum-co.myshopify.com/. When I attempted to log in to the new website, it told me I did not have an account, even though I had created one on the previous website.

I have contacted the company through their new website to see if my previous order will be honored, but they have not replied.

Buyer beware.

Never received my product
I ordered their Hybrid Snare Drum back in May 2019 and still have not received it. I have reached out to the company many times and now only receive automated emails. Since then they have started making these custom but mine is a stock one from the original release. I see people receiving there products but I am sitting here without mine.

I will be contacting the police to file charges against this company for stealing. They have had my 15 year old sons money since October with no customer service help. Only automated replies on FB and email. Oct 7, 2019 was our order date and the day they pulled his funds.
Terrible company. I do not know how they sleep at night. No moral compass!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have great looking products on their website, but what is the point if a) you never receive it, and b) there is almost no response to your email inquiries? I would caution customers to stay away from them. I placed and paid for my order on November 1st, 2019 and have still not received it. I've sent 10 email inquiries since and received only 2 responses. One, promising shipment by 12/30 give or take a few days, and two, guaranteeing that I would receive my order before the end of February 2020. It is now 3/11/20, and of course no product, and no answer. You are way better off ordering great pads by *** and *** Co through ***. You can get your pads in a couple of days with *** shipping.

Hello,
I made an order April, 2019 that approximated $1,000. I have not received this order, and emails I have sent over the past 3 months have been ignored. I have also been blocked on Instagram for making negative posts, warning others of the poor customer service that they will receive should they place an order. Would give zero stars if that were a possibility.

I placed an order on November 3, 2019. Four months later (and at least 5 emails later) I have yet to receive the product I ordered. I asked for a refund and was very quickly told there are NO refunds.
Customer service is definitely NOT a priority.
Seems like others are having this problem. Wish I could say a zero.
Christi very rarely replies. I plan to call *** of *** to file a fraud claim.

I ordered in May, was promised the drum in December, and now I haven’t heard anything regardless of the numerous emails I have sent. They keep giving me false hope and I’m running out of time. I graduate in a month and a half and I was really hoping to have it for my senior indoor season. Poor management for a great product makes everything run like a snail on glue. Stop promising dates that will never be met!

I wish I could give this company a 0. I ordered a drum pad at the beginning of November with the initial promise of it being shipped by December. After multiple emails back and forth I was promised January, then February and now the beginning of March. My last email they did not reply as they couldn’t give a firm date. Do not order from them as you will may never get your product. Now they are advertising “guaranteed” delivery on their social media but have taken away any way to comment back about orders from last year.

Still waiting to receive an order from May 2019. This company is terrible to deal with. First it was dealing with Melissa, now Christie. It's the same song and dance... Either no reply, or "no update and you'll love the product". I only wish I did my research before I ordered from them.

I received the wrong product after nearly 5 months of waiting. I have been trying to contact them for the past 2 weeks to no response

I would absolutely love to put this order at the top production with the rest of priority. We seem to be having just a small bug in our website where I am not able to load the order information. Would the customer mind sending their order number and email they used to make the purchase while we work our end to get this minor issue fixed?

I ordered a Drum Id Pad and table pad during a buy any pad get a table pad free deal back in 2019 in the month of June
It is now the end of the February in 2020 which will total out to close to 8 months. I have emailed multiple times only to receive and new arrival date only to be let down again.

I ordered a tenor pad, order #***, on August 2, 2019. I sent an email in December, and was told they were looking to ship it out after the new year. Well, February is coming to a close and I have still not received my order, nor heard from the company again. This is completely unacceptable. What a shame. I’m going to see if anything comes of this. So disappointing...

I placed an order for a drum pad and ever since have not been able to get on the site as it keeps saying the site is dead. I need an update on this order ASAP. . The phone number for Xymox is a google number and no one answers and you can leave a message.
This company IS a scam. I look forward to hearing back from you guys within 24 hours. IF I DO NOT I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER MEASURES.

We ordered my son a product from this company in AUGUST of 2019. It is now February of 2020 and he still has not received what we ordered. He has emailed them multiple times and he keeps getting excuses. Then they just started sending him the same email over and over again. Now they just aren’t responding at all. They will not answer Facebook messages or emails. The phone number listed says it’s for outgoing calls only. We want the product or a refund immediately.

If that date comes and I still have not received anything then I want a full refund. They keep sending me basically this same message and just extending the date every time. So I will need to have this taken care of on that exact date.

On Sept 8, 2019 I wanna placed an order with Xymox. It is now Feb 25, 2020 and I still don’t have my product. I have emails several times and receive a stock reply about “items are now shipping but we can’t reply you if your order has shipped. The website today says 02.25.20 as a new website date and shipping info. Guess what, they are still offline and I can’t reach anyone. Please do not order from this company, they are severely lacking on all fronts.
