item was backordered (which was explained on more than one occasion), and although the customer emailed somewhat silly threats constantly ("police & officers" getting involved.....because a drum pad part was backordered) we continued to manufacture this person's custom product rather than canceling their order at our description based upon the harassing emails. In any case, the order has shipped and the transaction is complete. We hope they enjoy their drum pad.

They have pulled every line in a the book and provided no valid tracking number until 1 wek ago. We did get product and yes did file a complaint threw law enforcment as I did state. I am a licsenced agaent. It took from June 2015 until now to recieve and this was WAY TO LONG TO FULLFILL AN ORDER.We along multiple complaints from other customers WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.This company responds with strong negative responsces to customers who only are checking on their products only to be lied to and treated like they mean NOTHING. This is not good business AT ALL. We have 1000's of band students who are upset as well as quit because of this company and thats not fair to them. Keep in mind these are minors that they pray on. Not good values AT ALL.
