Order# for a Custom Full Tenor Set placed on December 2, has been
shipped and was delivered via tracking# 1Z60E4VXXXXXXXXXXX on February 26, The reason for its late arrival was due to a number of factors: 1) Production got overwhelmed during the holiday season, which greatly impacted our ability to ship items within the estimated timeHowever, we ask for a total of weeks for production online prior to purchase and again on the customer's emailed order confirmation2) The base wood color for the tenor pad got backordered, 3) Our wood machine broke down for several weeksWe had been made promises by the repair company that they could repair it multiple times, to which we then made promises to our customersHowever, they failed to do so on occasions and therefore, we broke our promises to customers
Again, we deeply apologize for the terrible inconvenience for the products late arrival
