I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12373230, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Shortly after receiving the complaint, the company was very understanding and helpful in assuring me that my order would be received However, I believe they still need to work on their customer service skills because it shouldn’t have taken me going to the extremes I went to just to get their attention to answer my simple questions
I am rejecting this response because:
I received an email from the company on the 13th of March that I would receive my product by the end of the following weekWhich would have been March Rather I received an email update that my product
is near completion. I logged in on 4/and my product is still listed at near completionI am at a a lossI ordered this on 11/11/their website states please allow up toweeksWe are approaching months.I would like my product as this is a gift for my sonI will be escalating my complaint with the California State Attorney General

Customer agreed to Term and Conditions prior to check out that state, “As all products are custom all purchases are final and all credit cards will be charges during check outNo cancellations or refunds can be accepted.” It also states, “Outside of the [shipping] estimation we are providing,
we ask that you always allow up to weeks manufacturing time for our custom products.” All customers must click to agree before completing their purchase They are also sent the Terms and Agreements in their confirmation email after purchase Being that we had no direct request to cancel and in order to fulfill our legal obligation, we shipped the product on 9/9/ While this was outside of the week period that we ask to allow, we did give numerous updates on the status of the order The product was then “Refused by the Receiver” and returned to us The customer’s money was then returned to them via chargeback Our credit card company has since reversed the chargeback due to the terms that were agreed toWe will attempt to re-send the product at our expense ***

Update as of XX-XX-XX: I filed a disputed charge with my bank and the bank refunded my money for the time beingI emailed Xymox on Oct to let then know that I have received a refund from my bank and that they should not ship the product
They finally responded and said that the order had shipped out the morning of Oct I replied to them that the shipment would be refused since I had received a refund from my bankAs other customer complaints have stated, Xymox likes to tell their customers, once they have a complaint filed or a refund issued from a credit card company, that the order has shipped, which is rarely the case from reading other complaintsI used that money to order a similar item from a reputable company and that company has already delivered the itemAs stated earlier, I will refuse shipment if the Xymox item is shipped as they did not comply with their own terms and conditionsI'm sure they will be hearing from my bank

The only item I received was the reserve snare padI am still waiting on the tenor padIt is possible UPS lost that part of my order but I would think they would arrive together and I never received a shipping notification/tracking number from Xymox to track it

We have explained that if there is any issue regarding the refund within 2-5 business days (which the processing bank says is the allowable time for the completion of a refund) she is welcome to contact us for assistance. A copy of the refund receipt has been issued to the customer.

I do not agree with the harassment charge of my minor son. He posted that there was potential fraud. The money was charged immediately and the only email we received was after the projected delivery date stating the item was just then going into production. Approximately 2 months. With no responses to queries about when to expect the product, I filed a complaint. There are several complaints online about this company, mostly due to the fact the money is charged immediately and nothing is heard. In checking with the bank, it is normal procedure to charge an account WHEN the item is shipped. I have received my refund after filing a claim. Not until this was filed did I receive any correspondence. However, once the claim was filed, the correspondence was professional.

Yes, what was shipped to me has reached me but I did not recieve what I ordered. I ordered a tenor pad and a travel pad; I recieved the tenor pad as ordered but I did not recieve the travel pad.
