Item has shipped, with a polite response from the company, unfortunate to have to use Revdex.com in order to receive any communication and receive a product that was paid in full nearly three months ago.

We have been in correspondence with the customer and their order will be shipped today.

my complaint is with the misinformation provided by Xymox prior to the delivery. Xymox has never responded to any of the issues I addressed in the complaint.

This far from a "resolution". I only received the item I ordered BECAUSE I filed this complaint. This business should not be allowed to continue to operate this way...this is blatant fraud. Holding funds for 12 weeks, on an 8 week lead time surely can't be considered "acceptable". A few days after the pad was received, I received a threatening phone call from "[redacted] at Xymox", stating that his boss, the owner, was very upset with me for comments that I made, and was planning to take action against me. Who do they think they are, and how are they allowed to retain a business license when they threaten their customers, after taking advantage of them. Lastly the drum pad DID NOT look like the rendering that I ordered...the colors were not even close. My son accepted it, only because he was worried he may never see a replacement. This company must be stopped....period.

Again, customer agreed to Term and Conditions prior to check out that state, “As all products are custom all purchases are final and all credit cards will be charges during check out. No cancellations or refunds can be accepted.”  It also states, “Outside of the [shipping] estimation we are providing, we ask that you always allow up to 8 weeks manufacturing time for our custom products.”  All customers must click to agree before completing their purchase.  They are also sent the Terms and Agreements in their confirmation email after purchase.  We have these conditions because all of our products our custom made to each order.  Being that we had no direct request to cancel and in order to fulfill our legal obligation, we shipped the product on 9/9/2016.  While this was outside of the 8 week period that we ask to allow, we did give numerous updates on the status of the order.  The product was “Refused by the Receiver” on 9/12/16.  The customer then charged back on 9/16/16, 4 days after the attempted delivery of the product. Our credit card company has since reversed the chargeback due to the terms that were agreed to. We re-shipped the product at our expense and agin, it was refused.

We have not received the main item ordered. They have been paid for the two items ordered with my credit card and that bill has been paid. To date, the item ordered is now 27 days past the original ship date. According to them the products were manufactured. If that is true, why have they not been shipped.
