After we received Ms***' complaint, we reviewed her Walmart.com account and order historyEarlier this month, we did experience a problem on our website which due to a technical error, resulted in this item showing an incorrect listing of twelve coffee filtersOnce we became aware of this issue, we immediately took corrective action to investigate and rectify the errorUnfortunately, given the wide discrepancy in pricing, we have canceled ordersPlease note, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including, but not limited to, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information)
We understand that Ms*** was inconvenienced after she received one unit of the coffee filterThat is why we have arranged to send her a one-time courtesy egift card that will cover the cost of the eleven coffee filter packs she did not receiveOn August 19, 2014, August 20, 2014, and August 21, 2014, we attempted to reach her at (XXX) XXX-XXXX, but she was not availableWe left Ms*** a detailed message along with sending her an email to call us so we can complete our arrangement to send her the courtesy egift cardIn light of this, Walmart.com considers this case closed

I spent $at Walmart a few months ago on a drying and washerThe drying was not working right so they had to send a new one and told me to return the old oneWell long story short after over hours on the phone and maybe phone calls I am finally finished dealing with themI just had to wait over hour just to speak with someone who could help meThey had already received the dryer from me but I was getting E-mails saying I would be charged cause they do not have itThey somehow lost the tracking info they gave me in the 1st placeWorst customer service I have ever dealt withReps will hang up on you, lie, use bad words, etcI will be making sure I spend the next $at any other place but Walmart

We've been purchasing online on the said website most of time Unfortunately this last purchase we had with them didn't turn out rightOrder # ** *** *** *** ***The rest of the order are ok except for the out of orders we had of Townsend Bench with Black Cushion Seat, ExpressoThe cushion is moldy looking and looks awful***pared to the other cushionI called Novat 6:54pm which was answered by ***I explained the situation and requested for a cushion replacement since it's already assembled before we found out how the other cushion looks likeThe other answer I got is refunding for the cushion which made us disappointed We'd been good customer to them and this is how they'd handled our caseHe also said if we want we place another order and it'll be discounted We already ordered and it didn't resolved our cushion problem Finally, *** said he talked to his supervisor and they'll replace it and since it's out of stock the replacement will be different and value is higherI asked how long it'll gonna take to have it and he said to wait to 48hrs and we'll receive confirmation email which unfortunately we didn't receive any So I resorted to call and follow up the status It was answered by a female customer service which made me narrate everything again and still didn't***e up with a solution My husband is already pissed and it made him more pissed hearing me narrating over again to themI looked to talk to *** but she said he's on another customerThen she said she'll make me talk to supervisor I've waited and no supervisor Then she said manager and made me wait again They wasted my time waiting so I hang up and we've decided it's better to report this matter to Revdex.com and hope other customers will not experience what we had with walmart***!
